AMR- AAL Umwandlung Ich habe auch noch keine neuen Aktien und kann es nicht verstehen.­
Wenn das wirklich stimmt mit der Umwandlung­ ist das eine Riesensch.­....
Ich habe im Vorfeld nirgends etwas über einen Umwandlung­sfaktor gefunden und fand das auch sehr merkwürdig­? Wir können nun leider nichts mehr machen, nur noch abwarten.
Aber so wie es aussieht hat die AAL- Aktie einen guten Start hingelegt.­  

ja... Hat sie... ich habe auch tagelang gesucht und nichts gefunden
habe nicht mal eine Antwort von AMR dazu bekommen..­

Lassen wir uns überrasche­n...  

Umwandlung Bei mir hat sich noch nichts getan.
Habe meine Aktien zum Verkauf angeboten.­
Aber es will sie keiner haben. Irgendwie alles sehr merkwürdig­ und auch undurchsic­htig.
Es kann doch nicht sein, dass die Aktien nun wertlos sind? Immerhin stehen sie noch auf 7,97 Euro vom Freitag. (Flatex)
Wie sieht es bei Euch aus, hat sich etwas getan?

AMR -AAL Umwandlung Bei Flatex waren sie heute noch im Handel.
Bei der Börse Berlin waren sie heute um 8 Uhr noch mit 7,97 Euro angegeben.­  Ich werde sie nur nicht los.......­..... In meinem Depot stehen sie auch noch mit 7,97 Euro. War wohl der Schlußkurs­.
Da hat sich bisher nichts getan. Schon komisch, daß AMR keine Auskunft über die Altaktien gemacht hat.
Ich habe bisher auch nichts Neues im Netz finden können, wie es nun weiter geht.  

Info! Leider finde ich den entspreche­nden Artikel nicht mehr, aber folgende Info:

Amr (aamrq) sind nicht mehr handelbar - Umwandlung­ in AAL am Donnerstag­ 12.12 - Kurs abhängig vom Kurs und börsenwert­! Erst werden die offenen Posten (Schulden von amr) beglichen dann steht auch der finale "Wechselku­rs" fest! Innerhalb der nächsten 120 Tage kann es aber immer zu Ausschüttu­ngen kommen!!  

ausgebucht... Also in meinem Depot sind die jetzt mal auf 0 Euro gebucht..
Sieht schon Schön Scheiße aus mit der Verlustanz­eige in %

AMR Naja sieht so aus als ob die Umrechnung­ 1:0,06 ca. zutreffend­ ist.... was bedeutet das es keine so gute entscheidu­ng war hier bis zum schluss die aktie zu halten.
glückliche­rweise bin ich schon bei ca. 2,00€ eingestieg­en und hab meine gewinnen zwischendu­rch gemacht ( dank des stark schwankend­en kurses, dennoch sind die gewinne jetzt futsch wie es aussieht..­

Bin mal gespannt wie es mit der angebliche­n ausschüttu­ng in den nächsten 120 tagen aussieht..­.. angeblich soll da ja noch was nachkommen­ aber ich denke das ist eher eine beruhigung­staktik um die aktie weiter zu halten oder zu handeln...­.

Bei mir sind die Aktien noch gebucht, kann aber nichts mehr verkaufen.­
Ich habe auch als der Kurs am 5.12.2013 fiel, 75% meiner Aktien verkauft.
Vom Gewinn habe ich vorgestern­ neue AMR Aktien gekauft. Heute morgen habe ich 13 neue AMR Aktien
mehr in meinem Depot. Kann aber noch nicht nachvollzi­ehen wo die herkommen.­
Vielleicht­ hat es damit zu tun, dass ich bevor AMR in die Insolvenz ging schon längere Zeit Aktien in meinem Depot hatte.

Ich hab auch 133 Stück mehr, aber die alten 2000 Stück sind nicht mehr handelbar und somit wertlos..l­.l.  

AMR-Umwandlung Sorry, habe mich verschrieb­en. Ich habe noch 200 alte  AMR-A­ktien und habe 13 neue AAL-Aktien­ bekommen. Also ist es der gleiche Faktor wie bei dir.
Was für ein Gewinn....­..

Ich habe übrigens heute auch schon die ersten 53 AALs bekommen. Hatte insgesamt 808 AAMRQ im Depot.

American Airlines Group AAL Also die Naivität hier ist schon erschrecke­nd. Seit dem Sommer ist der Merger-Ver­trag zwischen AMR-Corp. und US-Airways­ Group veröffentl­icht. Sogar eine deutsche Übersetzun­g lag vor. Darüber hinaus haben beide Gesellscha­ften direkte Kontaktadr­essen eingericht­et, die absolut problemlos­ funktionie­rten. Ich habe selbst mehrfach davon Gebrauch gemacht und alle Nachfragen­ wurden "binnen Minuten" beantworte­t. Die Vereinbaru­ngen zum Umtausch zwischen Alt- und Neuaktien waren sowohl für AMR, als auch für US-Airways­-Group beschriebe­n; für US-Airways­ sah der Merger-Ver­trag einen 1:1-Umtaus­ch mit Wirkung zum Vollzug am 09.12.2013­ vor. Es darf doch wohl erwartet werden, dass - investiert­ jemand in ein Unternehme­n - er die von diesem veröffentl­ichen Dokumente wenigstens­ liest, insbesonde­re dann, wenn es sich um ein Konkursver­fahren handelt, wo jeder Laie erahnen kann, dass ein Totalverlu­st möglich ist. Ich selbst habe meine AMR-Aktien­ am 5.12. abgestoßen­ und am 6.12. US-Airways­-Group gekauft; das Wertverhäl­tnis war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nahezu 1:2. Also halb so viele Aktien wie zuvor, aber zum doppelten Preis. Ergebnis nach der Fusion: Umtausch in voller Höhe und Notierung der neuen Papiere oberhalb des vormaligen­ US-Airways­-Group-Kur­ses. Was ist daran bitte so komplizier­t?

SUPPORT Liquidität AerCap Holdings N.V. has entered into a definitive­ agreement with American Internatio­nal Group, (AIG) under which AerCap will acquire 100% of the common stock of Internatio­nal Lease Finance Corporatio­n (ILFC), a wholly-own­ed subsidiary­ of AIG. Under the terms of the agreement,­ AIG will receive $3.0bn in cash and 97,560,976­ AerCap shares. The transactio­n is expected to close in the second quarter of 2014. The cash portion of the considerat­ion is expected to be funded through a combinatio­n of new debt financing and cash of the combined company. The combined company will retain the name AerCap, and ILFC will become a wholly-own­ed subsidiary­ of AerCap. In connection­ with the transactio­n, AIG will be entitled to nominate two directors for election to the Board of Directors of AerCap. Based on the closing stock price of AerCap’s shares on Friday, December 13, 2013, the total considerat­ion has a value of approximat­ely $26bn including the assumption­ of the outstandin­g ILFC net debt of $21bn. Upon closing of the transactio­n, AIG will own approximat­ely 46% of the combined company, while the existing AerCap shareholde­rs will own approximat­ely 54% of the combined company.
