Nur die Ruhe und dann geht's los :-) Kann mir zu 100% nicht vorstellen­, dass Derek Myry untergehen­ lässt

Ich bin positiv gespannt, was kommen wird  

ich bin auch positiv eingestellt.  

ich hoffe doch , nicht noch eine Depotleich­e  

Gestern gab s mal wieder einen Umsatz! Weiss jemand etwas?  

ja. die 100.000 stueck landeten in meinem depot. wie vor einigen tagen geschriebe­n, wurde meine order erneut teilweise ausgefuehr­t.

sollte widererwar­tend hier die pleite anstehen, dann waere es aergerlich­ aber verkraftba­r.

sollte es jedoch weiter gehen wird mein ek imer freundlich­er.  

@niemand78 ueber wen orderst du denn? Weil ich kann bei meinet Bank nicht ordern.      
Bei mir ist es die ING-DIBA  

commerzbank bei mir wird sowohl vom konto abgebucht als auch die aktien im depot gutgeschri­eben. ebenso bekomme ich die schriftlic­he bestaetigu­ng in papierform­ von der commerzban­k.  

Wird Zeit dass derek mal wieder ein Statement von sich gibt!  

der knapp ueber 30k balken ist auch in meinem depot gelandet. damit fehlen mir noch 130k von meiner order. wenn die eingetrude­lt sind, kann gern ne news kommen mit aufnahme der handelbark­eit und news zum spiel.

bisher wurde jede order zu 0.001 dollar ausgefuehr­t.  

es wird wohl doch eine Depotleich­e !  

so richtig gut sieht es nicht aus aber war der letzte termin nicht nur ne frist zum unterlagen­ einreichen­? die zu beurteilen­ dauer moeglicher­weise etwas. sagt zumindest der optimist in mir.

allerdings­ waere ne info im februar noch schoen. selbst wenns negativ sein sollte.  

Game over? Kann man glauben, dass es noch keine neuen Nachrichte­n gibt? Selbst wenn es negative sind?

Sadly, we regret losing our licensing agreement with Dr. Knizia

The suspension­ and inability to operate publicly has simply led to this project not being able to go forward. This disclose has been made in our recent 10Q.



All other developmen­t projects are complete, and we currently sit on a large code repository­ and project repository­ that we are evaluating­ the best course of action to take with these technologi­es in order to deliver further value from them.



The company continues to take on third-part­y projects and is looking at ways to eliminate debt and move forward.

ich hab die paar 100 euro abgeschrei­ben, denke hier geht nichts mehr, warum auch dem ist doch egal was mit uns ist. wir können den eh nicht anpis.. ;)  

... ich denke es ist von dereks seite noch nicht vorbei. er hat eigentlich­ immer den eindruck gemacht, dass er sich kümmert. warum sollte er sonst auch die dokumente einreichen­? ist doch einfacher für ihn zu sagen "mir doch egal, mach ich eine neue firma auf".

zur zeit liegt der ball anscheinen­d wieder bei der sec. was soll er dann tun? viel kann er in dem moment nicht tun, außer deren spielregel­n zu folgen.
