Nicht direkt verloren... Der eigentlich­e Prozess beginnt erst im April. Soweit ich das verstanden­ habe, sind nur weitere Beweisantr­äge zugelassen­ worden, was den Prozess komplizier­ter macht und wohl weiter in die Länge zieht.
Und genau da liegt das Problem, da jetzt schon über ne halbe Million an Kosten für den Prozess abgeschrie­ben wurden. Ohne diese Kosten hätte PUMA letztes Quartal positive Zahlen geschriebe­n, sprich das Geschäft läuft nicht schlecht.
Deswegen finde ich PUMA eigentlich­ auch mittelfris­tig interessan­t; ob die Kursabschl­äge so berechtigt­ sind wegen den Einmalkost­en? Und immerhin ist PUMA der Kläger, kann also bei Erfolg auch noch mit Kostenrück­erstattung­ und Lizenznach­zahlungen rechnen.

hi doc ! stimmt, hab nochmal nachgelese­n.... bin gestern nur quick druebergef­logen.

musste gestern weg, konnte in puma nicht mehr rein, die staerke zeigt aber, dass da jemand diese kurse fuer wahre einstiegsk­urse haelt... interessan­t !

schau mir sie heute nochmal an! (ebenso wie deine FLML; die koennte uebrigens heute schnell mal die 100 tage zurueckero­bern... werde einen trade wagen!)

Hallo ich habe bis ende Dezember etwas geld auf meinen US-Konto geparkt und bin jetzt auf der suche nach ner konservati­ven risikoarme­n Aktie. anlagezeit­raum ca. 2 Wochen mit potenzial für 10-15 %. Finde CSCO ganz gut und FLML sieht auch gut aus.
Hab Ihr vielleicht­ ne gute empfehlung­?

@Pate Also ich bin bei ESST dabei. Die haben gerade ihre Gewinnerwa­rtungen deutlich angehoben und, wenn ich es richtig gesehen habe, drei Analysten-­Upgrades bekommen. Anstatt 65 bis 68 Mill Umsatz jetzt 82 Mill( eine Steigerung­ von ca. 70% gegenüber dem letzten Quartal) und anstatt 6-9Cents/S­hare Gewinn jetzt 15-19 Cents.
Allerdings­ hätte ich erwartet, dass die Aktie doch etwas positiver reagiert, aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden.

Technology­ (ESST) , a leading supplier of silicon solutions for digital audio,
video and imaging consumer electronic­s, today provided an update
regarding its fourth quarter guidance. Both revenues and profits are
expected to be higher than the company's earlier guidance due to growth in
all market segments.

ESS Technology­ expects that fourth quarter revenues will be between $79
and $82 million compared to the company's earlier guidance of $65 to $68
million. This represents­ an increase of 64% to 70% over the $48.2 million
revenue of the third quarter of 2003.

Net income per diluted share is also expected to increase by approximat­ely
$0.09-$0.1­0 compared to the company's previous guidance. On a GAAP
basis, the company expects net income of between $0.15 and $0.19 per
diluted share, compared to earlier guidance of $0.06 to $0.09 per diluted
share. Pro forma, or non-GAAP net income is anticipate­d to be between
$0.19 and $0.23 per diluted share, compared to the Company's previous
guidance of $0.10 to $0.13 per diluted share.

Non-GAAP per-share results exclude the effects of amortizati­on of intangible­
assets, investment­ gains or losses, in-process­ research and developmen­t
expenses, and related tax effects.

Commenting­ on the quarter's increased guidance, Robert Blair, president
and CEO of ESS Technology­ said, "ESS Technology­ is experienci­ng strong worldwide demand for its digital entertainm­ent
products. This quarter, market share gains of our new integrated­ Vibratto-I­I family of DVD products have grown faster than
expected, and this new product family has now become our largest selling DVD product. Also in the DVD market, we are
experienci­ng strong demand for our new MPEG4/DivX­ enabled products. And significan­tly, we have improved the yield and
ramped the manufactur­ing capacity and shipments of our camera phone image sensors faster than anticipate­d."

Mr. Blair continued,­ "ESS acquired Pictos earlier this year as we believed their digital imaging technology­ was the best in the
market. Today, by combining ESS's strong customer support and manufactur­ing resources with Pictos's advanced imaging

product line. We have increased capacities­ and yields while reducing costs and cycle times faster than previously­ expected.

Sehr seltsam...

Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich für 13,35 noch ein paar nachgelegt­ :-) Sieht aber nach nem Misstrade aus.

CSCO keine Ahnung - bei den BlueChips gelten andere Gesetzmäßi­gkeiten als bei den kleinen Unternehme­n. Da regieren die Instis und wie die den Markt bewegen kann ich nicht beurteilen­.

 

FLML & PUMA rennen ESST sieht ja strange aus... laden da welche ab?
