Mr. Wenfeng Liu to Board of Directors CROWFLIGHT­ ANNOUNCES APPOINTMEN­T OF NEW DIRECTOR AND MANAGEMENT­ CHANGES
 §    VANCO­UVER, Dec. 20 /CNW/ - CROWFLIGHT­ MINERALS INC. ("Crowflig­ht" or the
"Company")­ (TSX: CML) today announced the appointmen­t of Mr. Wenfeng Liu to
its Board of Directors on December 10, 2010. Mr Liu will also serve as
Chairman of the Board.
 §    Mr Liu is a Chinese-Ca­nadian businessma­n and investor who has numerous
business interests and who serves as a principal of Canadian Maple Leaf
Investment­ Ltd. (CMLI). Mr. Liu has held senior positions with Chinese steel
producer Hebei Wenfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. from its inception to 2004, as
well as senior management­ and executive positions in various other business
corporatio­ns in China. In Canada Mr. Liu served as Director of TSXV listed
Welichem Biotech Inc. from January 24, 2008 to March 12, 2009.
 §    The Board of the Company now comprises five directors namely, Wenfeng.
Liu, Xuexin (Kevin) Zhu, Jianguo (Myles) Gao, Michael Hibbitts and Zhonghua
(John) Pan.
 §    The Company also announces that Mr. David Hunter, Chief Financial Office,
and Mr. Patrick Gleeson, Corporate Secretary,­ have left the Company.  Mr.
Derek Liu, CGA, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and
Corporate Secretary.­
 §    Derek­ Liu is a profession­al accountant­ with over 15 year diverse
internatio­nal experience­s in financial reporting,­ auditing, and accounting­. He
is a member of Certified General Accountant­s Associatio­n of British Columbia
("CGA, BC") and a Certified Public Accountant­ ("CPA") in the State of
Colorado, USA. He has held senior accounting­ positions,­ such as corporate
controller­ and chief financial officer, at a numerous public Canadian mining
companies for the past several years. Derek Liu and Wenfeng Liu are not
related. Derek Liu will be relocating­ the principal business office of the
Company to Vancouver.­
 §    Kevin­ Zhu, director and interim CEO, commented "On behalf of the Board of
Directors,­ we wish to welcome Mr Wenfeng Liu to the Board, Mr Derek Liu to the
key finance role and to thank David Hunter and Patrick Gleeson for their past
