M-Fuel News

BARRINGTON, ILLINOIS--(Marketwire - 04/14/11) - EcoloCap Solutions Inc. (OTC.BB:ECOS - News), an innovator of alternative energy products, today announced the execution of a purchase agreement with Empresas Energy Partners Chile Generadora de Energia LTDA (EPC) for the shipment of an NPU-10 series fuel emulsion plant to Degan, Chile to produce M-Fuel for 30-45 days starting the first week of may. Upon successful completion of the testing an additional three NPU-60 fuel emulsion plants will be purchased to provide fuel for the entire 40 megawatt station. EPC estimates their demand for M-Fuel will facilitate the need for a minimum of 36 NPU-60 fuel emulsion plants, which will amount to $27M in equipment sales over the next year and an annual income of close to $54M in additive sales.

Ecolocap Solutions in party with their distributor, Fuel Emulsions International LLC (FEI), have been in negotiations with EPC for the last few months over the implementation of M-Fuel in Chile. Last week Chief Operating Officer, Robert M. Egger Jr. met with FEI and EPC to secure the purchase agreement for testing M-Fuel on a series of MTU 16V4000 series engines. A purchase agreement was executed on April 8th establishing the M-Fuel test project and the purchase of 3 NPU-60 emulsion fuel plants.

The NPU-60 emulsion fuel plant produces 18,000 gallons of emulsion fuel in a 24 hour period and is capable of emulsifying Diesel, Kerosene and other Heavy Fuel Oils (HFO). M-Fuel is an emulsion for 70% diesel and 30% water on which independent tests have indicated a reduction of particulate emissions of over 90% and NOx by 65% without compromising fuel volumes consumed. EPC expects to save a minimum of 20% on the costs of fuel by utilizing M-Fuel.

EPC is one of the several providers in Chile for diesel and Heavy Fuel Oil power generation. This project, which will be closely monitored by several other energy groups in Chile and South America, will commercialize M-Fuel in the power generation markets. To learn more about EPC, please visit their website at:http://www.empresasepc.cl/todo%20ingles.html

Robert M. Egger Jr. states: "Execution of the contract last week was the next critical step in proving the commercial viability of our product. This project will allow for companies all over the world to see how beneficial M-Fuel is, not only from the cost savings associated with using our fuel but also from the definitive reduction in emissions. This test project allows us to have third party verification in place to demonstrate the benefits M-Fuel has to offer in diesel power generation. Of course this data can easily be extrapolated to all diesel applications."

Michael Siegel CEO states: "Given the rapid increase in the international price of diesel fuel, M-Fuel presents the ideal alternative. In large cities throughout the world municipal transportation authorities' annual fuel costs can exceed more than $100,000,000. The utilization of M-Fuel will decrease costs, at today's diesel prices, by over $25,000,000. This translates into $25,000,000 available to the authority without raising fares or taxes. Additionally, M-Fuel obviates the need to install emissions reduction equipment or even the purchase of brand new equipment to meet recently enacted emission regulations."

With the possibility of
"$27M in equipment sales over the next year and an annual income of close to $54M in additive sales"

If all goes well
That puts the stock easily around .50

news ECOLOCAP Signs Distribution Agreement for M-Fuel Products for Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands
BARRINGTON, ILLINOIS -- (Marketwire) -- 05/03/11 -- EcoloCap Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: ECOS), an innovator of alternative energy products, today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Nano-Tech Industries Pty Ltd, of Acacia Ridge, Australia, http://www.nano-techindustries.com/nanotech, an associated company of http://absorbedpower.com/ for EcoloCap products, namely the Nano Processing Unit (NPU) and the additive for the production of M-Fuel.

After extensive testing of the M-Fuel confirmed the reduction in emissions as well as the cost savings M-Fuel procures, Nano-Tech Industries Pty Ltd, agreed to use their network to distribute all EcoloCap products in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

The NPU processor produces up to 18,000 gallons of emulsion fuel a day and is capable of emulsifying Diesel, Kerosene and other Heavy Fuel Oils (HFO). M-Fuel is an emulsion of 70% diesel and 30% water, plus EcoloCap's additive. Nano-Tech's clients can expect to save a minimum of 20% on the costs of fuel by utilizing M-Fuel without any modification to their equipment. A description of the technology and features can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/ecolocap, featuring EcoloCap's Korean subsidiary KMBT.

Nano-Tech put EcoloCap's M-Fuel through extensive testing and the results met or exceeded the advertised features. Besides the reduction in harmful gases having surpassed expectations, the cost reduction at today's high fuel prices is a game changer for large users of Diesel and other Heavy Fuel Oils, and this made EcoloCap's product line a very attractive solution for Nano-Tech to distribute.

Michael Siegel CEO states: "Given the rapid increase in the international price of diesel fuel, M-Fuel represents a solution for larger fuel users, faced with impossibly high fuel prices. Municipal transportation authorities' annual fuel costs can easily exceed $100,000,000. At today's diesel prices the switch to M-Fuel would decrease costs by some $25,000,000. Additionally, M-Fuel obviates the need to install emissions reduction equipment or even the purchase of brand new equipment to meet recently enacted emission regulations. Additionally I would like to stress to our shareholders that while offering the customer reduced process and emissions, Ecolocap generates a constant revenue stream from the production of every gallon of M-Fuel through the sale of additive. A typical M-60 installation produces 18,000 gallons per day generating additive sales of $3,600 per day."
