Erinnert mich fatal an die seinerzeitige SD-Empfehl­ung "Mallorca Building".­ Die Aktie ging nur ganz kurz hoch, dann schnell wieder runter. Wenig später Pleite war das angepriese­ne Unternehme­n pleite.  

Von jetzt an am besten Verkaufen!
