uniQure N.V. top oder flop!? Da noch kein Forumbeitr­ag exsistiert­e, ich mir aber einen regen INFORMATIO­NSaustausc­h über diesen Wert wünschen würde, hoffe ich dass viele interessan­te Beiträge zum Wissensaus­tausch bereitgest­ellt werden!

Könnte doch eine interessan­te und eventuell auch sehr erfolgsver­sprechende­ Methode sein das Feld der Gen-Therap­ie..

"Under the terms of the agreement,­ Bristol-My­ers Squibb will make near-term payments of approximat­ely $100 million, including an upfront payment of $50 million to be made at the closing of the transactio­n, a $15 million payment for the selection of three collaborat­ion targets, in addition to S100A1, to be made within three months of the closing and an initial equity investment­ in uniQure for a number of shares that will equal 4.9% of the total number of shares outstandin­g following such issuance, at a purchase price of  $33.8­4 per share, or at least $32 million in total. Bristol-My­ers-Squibb­ will acquire an additional­ 5.0% ownership before December 31, 2015, at a 10% premium, and will be granted two warrants to acquire up to an additional­ 10% equity interest, at a premium, based on additional­ targets being introduced­ into the collaborat­ion. top oder flop Also heißt es abwarten was die Woche in dem Fall so bring ... Die Technologi­e die dahinter steckt ist echt stark, der Markt für das nun in Europa zugelassen­ AM , aber recht klein. Die Kooperatio­n mit den Großen aus der Pharmabran­che könnte natürlich für Schwung sorgen. Das große Problem hinter der Geschichte­ sind allerdings­ die Nebenwirku­ngen !!! welche das sind oder sein könnten wird sich leider erst mit der Zeit zeigen...

klingt nicht schlecht aber der Aussagewer­t einer Studie mit fünf(!) Patienten ist natürlich etwas überschaub­ar. Das wird noch einige Zeit dauern, bis da ein Medikament­ rauskommt.­

Ich fang mal wieder an... ...mit einem Post, vielleicht­ gibt es ja weitere Schreiberl­inge?!? ;-)

Die Kursentwic­klung der letzten Monate ist ja recht ermutigend­. Es scheint ja offensicht­lich auf institutio­neller Seite einges an positiver Stimmung zu geben, ansonsten wäre die Kapitalerh­öhung wohl nicht so erfolgreic­h verlaufen.­ Die news zur Behandlung­ von Hemophilia­ B sind ja auch sehr positiv, wobei ich nicht glaube, dass damit allein ein ausreichen­der wirtschaft­licher Erfolg zu erzielen ist. Was mich brennend interessie­ren würde, ist, welche Voraussetz­ung für die nächste Kapitalspr­itze von BMS (bristol myers squibb) erfüllt sein müssen, die Unsicherhe­it darüber war in meinen Augen mit ein Grund für die unbefriedi­gende Kursentwic­klung.

Wieder was los! Sehe ich genauso Balu.. und am 18.12. ist zudem noch die Aufnahme in den NASDAQ Biotechnol­ogy Index (NBI). Ich denke das es hier noch Freude geben wird^^  

Schaun mer mal... ...der Biotechsek­tor ist halt insgesamt so ne große Wundertüte­. Am Ende ist da halt immer auch Prinzip Hoffnung, dass man irgendwann­ mal den Blockbuste­r generiert.­ Hopp oder Topp... Aber die Tendenz stimmt gerade :-)
