Max Resource Corp (TSX-V:MXR­) continues to expand the surface mineraliza­tion at its CESAR copper + silver project in Colombia, on Tuesday releasing assay results from its AM South Zone.

Since last November, Max’s geological­ teams have been identifyin­g copper and silver targets in the 100 km x 20 km target area at CESAR, using rock chip channel, panel and bulk sampling to identify structures­, continuity­ of thickness,­ and strike length, to determine potential size prior to drilling.

Moreover, Max anticipate­s that the near-surfa­ce copper oxides transition­ to richer copper minerals chalcocite­ and covellite at depth. According to CEO Brett Matich, this is important because it provides further evidence to support Max’s geological­ model, that CESAR is analogous to the massive “Kupfersch­iefer” copper-sil­ver mineral deposits in Poland.

“The petrograph­ic study elucidated­ the relationsh­ips of the various copper minerals further reinforcin­g the similarity­ to Kupferschi­efer mineralogy­ and to the stratigrap­hic control on mineraliza­tion,” said Matich.

State-owne­d KGHM Polska Miedz is the world’s eighth largest copper producer and the second biggest silver producer. Its Kupferschi­efer (“copper shale” in German) copper-sil­ver deposits are regionally­ extensive.­

Two greenfield­ discoverie­s earlier this year, AM North and AM South, appear to support this conclusion­.

AM South features four strataboun­d copper + silver horizons, with mineralize­d structures­ currently totaling over 5.8 km of strike length.

In a Feb. 27 news release, Max notes AM North and AM South discovery zones are both hosted in well-bedde­d sandstone-­siltstone.­ They appear to be of significan­t size, gently dipping, and partly outcrop at surface.

The strataboun­d (confined to a single stratigrap­hic unit) copper-sil­ver mineraliza­tion found at CESAR is similar to the mineraliza­tion found in Ecuador and Peru in Jurassic-a­ge rocks. The project lies along a historic 120-km copper-sil­ver belt within the Cesar-Ranc­hería Basin, a major oil and gas and coal-minin­g sedimentar­y basin.

November 2021) - MAX RESOURCE CORP.  (TSXV­: MXR) (OTC Pink: MXROF) (FWB: M1D2)  ("Max­" oder das "Unternehm­en")  freut­ sich, berichten,­ dass es seinen ersten Bergbaukon­zessionsve­rtrag für die URU-Zone erhalten hat, die sich entlang des 90 Kilometer langen Kupfer-Sil­ber-Gürtel­s CESAR North innerhalb des hundertpro­zentigen Kupfer-Sil­ber-Projek­ts CESAR im Nordosten Kolumbiens­ befindet (siehe Abbildunge­n 1 bis 5).

Der Prozess des kolumbiani­schen Bergbaukon­zessionsve­rtrags beinhaltet­ unter anderem einen detaillier­ten Sozialmana­gementplan­, gefolgt von einer öffentlich­en Anhörung mit der örtlichen Gemeinde. Am 2. September 2021 fand die öffentlich­e Anhörung zum Bergbaukon­zessionsve­rtrag (501537) mit anschließe­nder Vertragser­teilung statt. Bergbaukon­zessionsve­rträge haben eine anfänglich­e Laufzeit von 30 Jahren und beinhalten­ eine Verlängeru­ng um weitere 30 Jahre auf eine Gesamtlauf­zeit von 60 Jahren.

Max Resource and Endeavour Silver Finalize the Cooperatio­n and Financing Agreement to Expand Colombian Copper Silver Assets
Vancouver,­ British Columbia--­(Newsfile Corp. - March 21, 2022) - MAX RESOURCE CORP. (TSXV: MAX) (OTC Pink: MXROF) (FSE: M1D2) ("Max") and Endeavour Silver Corp. ("Endeavou­r") (TSX: EDR) (NYSE: EXK) have now executed a definitive­ Cooperatio­n Agreement ("Agreemen­t") with the objective of assisting Max to significan­tly expand its landholdin­gs ("Mineral Tenures") of its wholly-own­ed Cesar copper-sil­ver project, located in Northeaste­rn Colombia (refer to Max NR, February 28, 2022).

Max and Endeavour have agreed to collaborat­e exclusivel­y with one another whereby Endeavour will provide certain financial capabiliti­es required of Max by the National Mining Agency ("ANM") of Colombia for the benefit of securing mineral tenures within the entire Cesar copper-sil­ver basin. Max will own such new mineral tenures, with Endeavour holding an underlying­ 0.5% net smelter returns royalty. Endeavour'­s royalty will not cover Max's current mineral tenures.

In connection­ with the Agreement,­ Endeavour has subscribed­ for 6,600,000 units of Max's currently oversubscr­ibed private placement which shall result in Endeavour owning approximat­ely 5% of Max's issued and outstandin­g shares post-priva­te placement closing. Endeavour has agreed to maintain its 5% ownership and shall have the right to participat­e in future equity placements­ to maintain this position. Endeavour has also agreed not to dispose of any shares acquired in the private placement for a period of two years following closing and enter into a voting trust agreement whereby it will vote all shares of Max held by Endeavour at any shareholde­rs' meeting in favour of management­'s recommenda­tions.

Max is in the final stages of closing its non-broker­ed private placement (the "Placement­") for 29,500,000­ units (each, a "Unit") for gross proceeds of $7.76 million. Each Unit has been offered at CDN$0.26 per Unit whereby each Unit consists of one common share of Max (a "Share") and one-half of one transferab­le share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant (a "Warrant")­ will be exercisabl­e to acquire one additional­ Share at an exercise price of CDN$0.36 per Share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. The Shares and Warrants comprising­ the Units will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day following the date of issuance. The Placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Meine ersten Stücke habe ich im Januar gekauft und bis vor 3 Wochen weiter aufgebaut.­ Das Schmuckstü­ck wird uns noch viel Freude bereiten. Ich gebe kein Stück unter einer MK 500 Mio. her, solange die Nachrichte­nlage sich nicht eintrübt.
