FEASIBILITY OF RIVOLI GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT UNDER REVIEW

Strike Oil, Operator of Carnarvon Basin Permit EP325, is pleased to announce:

The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Defence, has commissioned Strike Oil (Strike) to undertake a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Study to investigate the feasibility of supplying gas from the Rivoli Gas Field, located 7 km southeast of the town of Exmouth, to fuel power generation for the Defence Communication Station located north of the town (see map below). If approved for development, Strike Oil will manage and operate the project and first gas sales would be anticipated some time in 2009.

As envisaged, the project will provide around 8 PJ (petajoules) of gas over a period of 20 years and will replace the diesel fuel currently used to generate power for the Station. As a remote power project, the gas price would need to be sufficient to underwrite the development and operating costs as well as be competitive with the current delivered price of diesel.

Commenting on the project, Strike’s Technical Director, Jim Durrant, said:

"The establishment of Production Infrastructure in this permit will provide an incentive for further exploration drilling of nearby oil and gas prospects and herald a renewed focus and a new round of activity over all of Strike’s extensive Carnarvon Basin acreage. Strike’s prospective permits in the area contain numerous prospects, including the Baniyas Prospect, with upside potential to 60 million barrels of oil or over 100 BCF of gas, which have been developed for a new drilling campaign being put together for the second half of next year. To this end, Strike is looking at lining up a number of prospects and a drilling program to underwrite the importation of a smaller offshore drilling unit more appropriate to the shallow water areas of Strike’s acreage, than the large and expensive deep water rigs currently drilling in the region".

The Rivoli Gas Field, in Western Australia Permit EP325, is located in the Carnarvon Basin on the Australian North West Shelf.

Permit EP325 working interests are as follows:

Strike Oil: 44.5% (Operator)

Victoria Petroleum: 36.1%

Bow Energy: 11.1%

Advent Energy: 8.3%

        SIGNIFICANT PROJECT ACTIVITIES

          PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

          USA

          1. Rayburn Project, Gulf Coast, Texas

The successful drilling of the Duncan 1 well in the Rayburn Prospect in Wharton County, Texas, established a number of promising gas pay zones in the Wilcox Formation.

Confirmation of the discovery through production testing will provide the Company with a second producing asset, increased revenues and two out of three exploration success rate in its Wilcox Formation, Texas Gulf Coast deep drilling programme.

Further development wells may be drilled later in 2007.

            1. Bear River, Colorado

Production from the Peltier 11-12 well at 5-10 bbl/d has been significantly lower than expected. Investigations continued throughout the quarter to determine whether the low rates are indicative of the nature of the reservoir or are being cause by problems associated with the completion of the well.

              PRODUCTION REVENUE

Total revenue from Texas gas and oil condensate sales for the 2006/7 year was $8.6 million, up from $3.6 million in 2005/6. Gross daily production from the Company’s Mesquite project at the end of the quarter was 6.2 million cubic feet gas per day and 85 barrels of oil condensate per day which contributed the bulk of the $1.75 million revenue for the quarter.

                  Carnarvon Basin

Plans for drilling in the Company’s Carnarvon Basin permits remained on hold due to the unavailability of a suitable rig. In the meantime, the Company continued the process of obtaining environmental approval from regulatory authorities for a future drilling programme. Investigation into alternative drilling rig options also continued.

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, the Company announced that the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Defence, had commissioned Strike Oil to undertake a front end engineering design, or FEED study, to investigate the feasibility of supplying gas from the Rivoli gas field, located 7 km southeast of the town of Exmouth in exploration permit EP-325, to fuel power generation for the Defence Communication Station located north of the town. If approved for development, Strike Oil will manage and operate the project, with first gas sales anticipated in 2009.

Further technical evaluation of the Baniyas prospect in EP-424 was undertaken in an attempt to identify the nature of the fluids in the mapped trap. Work to date suggests the prospect could contain either oil, gas or both. The possibility of gas in this prospect will not deter drilling as the potential domestic gas shortage in

Western Australia and the rising price of sales gas are making smaller near shore, shallow water, gas prospects more attractive to drill.

During the quarter the Company relinquished its interests in exploration permits TP/17, TP/18 and EP-420 as it considered they contain no prospects of viable size.

Processing of the data collected during the Gukithi 2D seismic survey continued during the quarter. Once processing and interpretation of the data has been completed it is expected the operator, Beach Petroleum, will recommend at least one exploration well to be drilled before the end of March 2008.

In permits PELA 71 and PELA 96, located in South Australia, work is still progressing to finalise Native Title agreements.

                    1.

                      Kingston Energy Project

Strike Oil’s wholly owned subsidiary Kingston Energy Pty Ltd has commissioned a scoping study as a precursor to a pre-feasibility study to investigate potential commercial development options, including gasification, for the Kingston lignite deposit in South Australia.

Coal resources for the Kingston lignite deposit (EL3385) have been estimated in accordance with the 2004 Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code). The Kingston deposit, contains 578.3 million tonnes (Mt) to a depth of 80 metres. Of this total resource, 523.5 Mt are Measured Resource and 54.8 Mt are Indicated Resource. Additional quantities of lignite are known to exist from more sparsely drilled boreholes but do not fall within the JORC guidelines for reporting coal resources.

                      DRILLING SCHEDULE AND PROSPECT INVENTORY

Strike Oil continues to build an inventory of prospects and leads in Australia and the USA.

The Company plans to participate in the drilling of at least five more wells before the end of calendar year 2007. The drilling programme for the second half of the 2007/08 financial year is more fluid but the Company anticipates it will maintain an active drilling campaign. The prospects and leads inventory will continue to be upgraded with time to provide the best chance for success and risk management.

The provisional drilling schedule to mid 2008 is attached. Note: proposed drilling timings are susceptible to change due to rig availability, climatic conditions, joint venture and regulatory approvals and operator schedules.

                      HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

The Company did not register any safety or environmental incidents during the quarter.

                      CORPORATE

During the quarter the Company announced the resignation of Ms Gillian Swaby as Company Secretary with effect from 30 June 2007. This was part of a planned transition. Mr Tony Brazier, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Company Secretary.

Ms Swaby was Company Secretary of Strike Oil from its inception in May 1997, and the Board expresses its gratitude for the significant contribution Ms Swaby has made to the Company's growth and expansion.

                      NEXT QUARTER ACTIVITIES

The information that relates to the Kingston lignite resources in this quarterly report is based on information compiled by Charles Parbury, consulting geologist of McElroy Bryan Geological Services, who is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Charles Parbury has sufficient experience relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify him as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’. Charles Parbury has consented to the inclusion of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears in this quarterly report.

Investigation as to the cause of low oil flow rates continued during the quarter. Remedial operations to test possible plugged perforations are planned for early July. Strike Oil has a 33.75% working Interest in the Bear River project.
Drilling of a sidetrack hole is planned to commence in the next quarter. Oil and gas shows were encountered across a 245 foot (75 metre) thick fractured interval in the Niobrara formation in the original hole. The sidetrack will be drilled around part of the work string that became irretrievably stuck during completion operations. If similar shows and fracturing are encountered in the sidetrack hole the well will be completed and flow tested. Strike Oil has a 37.5% working interest in the Tow Creek project.
Acquisition of the eight square mile (13 square kilometres) 3D seismic survey did not start until late May due to delays in obtaining permits and a suitable contractor. The survey was approximately 85% complete by the end of the quarter; it is expected to be completed in mid July. The survey covers a significant part of the old Florence oil field and overlaps a smaller 3D survey acquired by one of the Company’s partners in 2004. At least one highly profitable well (in which Strike Oil has no interest) was located by this earlier survey. Once acquisition has been completed, the data will be processed and merged with the existing data for interpretation and prospect generation. Drilling is expected to commence in the last calendar quarter of 2007. Strike Oil increased its working interest in the Florence project from 26% to 39% during the quarter.
A number of prospects have been generated from the 3D seismic data reprocessed during the quarter. Leasing on these prospects is underway. Strike Oil has a 25% Working Interest in these new prospects.
Interpretation of drilling and wireline data indicated a substantial gas column in a secondary objective within the Wilcox Formation. Due to the close proximity of water-bearing sands to the gas pay zone, the risks of communicating with the water-bearing sands during the required stimulation was considered to be high. This led to the decision not to complete the well at the time. Significant potential remains on adjacent fault blocks and the prospect remains on the operator’s inventory for consideration as locations for future wells. Strike Oil has a 25% working interest in the Flint prospect.
Wireline logs indicated the presence of gas pay in both the Middle Wilcox and Lower Wilcox sections. The reserves potential of the pay zones in this well, and over the larger associated structure, will be determined by the planned production testing program and further development drilling. Strike Oil has a 22.8% working interest in the Rayburn prospect, having reduced its interest from 25% during the quarter.

Open Briefing®. Strike Oil. Strategic Update on US & Australian Prospects

                Record of interview:

                corporatefile.com.au

Strike Oil Limited (ASX code: STX) is presently completing for production

testing the Duncan-1 well (STX: 22.8%) on the Rayburn Prospect in the Gulf

Coast of Texas, where you have highlighted, pre drilling, a prospective resource of

500+ Bcf of gas. Do the results received to date support your estimations? How

are these results driving your ongoing exploration and development program in the

area? What is the potential of the project to Strike?

                MD Simon Ashton

It is still too early to make a reasonable estimate of the potential size of the

resource but we are excited about the discovery based upon the drill results we’ve

received to date. It has significant gas pay zones based on drill cuttings, gas shows

and wireline logging. We have now confirmed the presence of a large structure

with interpreted gas pay at multiple levels.

The pay zone in the Middle Wilcox level is interpreted as excellent quality; clearly

defined on seismic and of a scale potentially greater than our Mesquite Project

interest. The pays in the Lower Wilcox are not as high quality and not as well

defined seismically but still expected to flow at commercial rates and are

associated with a very large structure. Adjacent wells in nearby fields producing

from similar horizons have initial flow rates in excess of 10 million cubic feet per

day. The potential will be evaluated with the flow testing of the well within the

next few months and further development drilling as warranted.

                2

Evaluation of initial capital works on the production facilities and pipeline to the

                regional transmission line is underway.

                corporatefile.com.au

The company maintains interests across several Gulf Coast prospects. Can you

summarise the key milestones to date? What are your future drilling plans? What

                are the risks?

                MD Simon Ashton

Strike is in the fortunate position of having a revenue stream. Financially, we have

increased our sales revenues from A$3.6 million in 2005/06 to A$8.6 million for

the financial year ending June 30 2007. This is due largely to our US interests in

the Gulf Coast and, in particular, the Mesquite discovery. The other milestone is

the current Rayburn discovery which, although not yet on production, we are

confident will generate significant and increasing cash flows in the 2007/08 year

and we are forecasting sales revenues to increase to greater than A$10 million for

                the coming year.

We have now drilled 4 deep exploration wells in the Gulf Coast since mid 2006 (3

of which tested the Wilcox Formation) with 2 successes in the Wilcox giving us an

overall 50% exploration success rate and two out of three in the Wilcox wells.

This indicates that the technical risks are relatively low and we have a good

portfolio of these low risk prospects at various stages of maturity to ensure a

                continuous flow of exploration drilling.

With the Rayburn discovery, the Gulf Coast drilling program is being reviewed to

optimise returns and we will announce the forward program when it is clarified by

                the operator.

                corporatefile.com.au

At the Florence Project (STX: 39%) in the Rockies (USA) you are in the process

of acquiring a 3D seismic survey. What is the timing to completion of the survey?

In a mature field, why is it necessary to acquire this information to plan a drilling

                program? What are your plans?

                MD Simon Ashton

The survey has been completed and we will now process and interpret the data and

integrate it with the existing adjacent 3-D seismic and well control. The survey is

aimed at better defining sweet spots associated with fracture systems in the

existing shallow production areas and defining prospects in the deeper formations

which remain largely unexploited and known to be productive elsewhere in the

area. Once all the data is mapped and prospects generated, we will commence

                drilling, probably later this year.

                corporatefile.com.au

You have completed two of three ‘proof of concept’ wells one at the Bear River

Project (STX: 33.75%) and one at the Tow Creek Project (STX: 37.5%) in the

Rocky Mountains, Colorado. What have the results to date revealed about the

potential of the play? When will the drilling program recommence? What are

                your expectations?

                3

                MD Simon Ashton

The technical program on these two wells has yet to be completed. Operational

issues have been a challenge and we certainly will be avoiding drilling in the

winter months in this area in future. Last winter we encountered abnormally

severe winter weather which ultimately caused us to suspend operations.

Subsequently, at the Peltier well (Bear River) we are producing small quantities of

oil and are currently attempting to stimulate production. At the Coal View Unit

well (Tow Creek) we encountered encouraging extensive fractured reservoir with

significant oil shows. We are currently designing a sidetrack to bypass the drill

pipe which became stuck in the hole during the attempted earlier completion

before operations were suspended. Once approved, the sidetrack could be

undertaken during this current quarter. The Tow Creek well has a reasonable

chance of achieving around 50 to100 barrels of oil a day.

                corporatefile.com.au

Strike is also targeting prospects in the Cooper and Carnarvon Basins in Australia.

Can you provide an update on your activities? What work is planned for these

areas over the next 12-18 months?

                MD Simon Ashton

The Company is placing considerable focus on getting our Carnarvon Basin

position into a cash flow generating part of the Company. We consider this area

and our permits to be highly prospective for further oil discoveries. However, the

current tight and expensive offshore drilling rig environment has delayed our

plans. We are currently evaluating several options to correct this situation and get

our opportunities drilled. Our focus is to secure a more suitable and lower cost

drilling option for our shallow water prospects than is currently available in

Australia. This is a major challenge in the current high cost environment. We are

confident we will develop a solution and have been actively generating a number

                of exciting drilling opportunities.

One of the opportunities is the Rivoli Gas-field in the Carnarvon Basin, where we

have just entered into a FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) feasibility study

with a potential customer for the supply of gas to a remote power project.

The environmental approval process is well advanced for the drilling of the 60

million barrel (oil) or 100 billion cubic feet of gas potential Baniyas Prospect in

                EP-424.

In the Cooper Basin the next well is planned for late 2007-early 2008 in ATP-633P

and will likely be drilled on the Phi structure which has potential in the order of 10

                million barrels of oil.

                corporatefile.com.au

Strike owns the rights to a significant lignite (brown coal) deposit located in South

Australia? What is the commercial potential of this deposit?

                4

                MD Simon Ashton

We acquired the coal and petroleum rights to a large lignite deposit in the upper

south-east of South Australia to enable us to evaluate the coal seam gas potential.

We have broadened our evaluation of the potential of this asset to include coal

gasification, clean coal technologies and carbon capture and storage. We are

currently completing a scoping study looking at various alternatives in preparation

for the consideration for approval of a pre feasibility study within the next month.

This asset is located in a wholly owned subsidiary of Strike Oil and as this project

advances we are likely to seek separate funding.

                corporatefile.com.au

A 5-well program is planned in the USA and Australia during the second half of

calendar 2007 with 5 wells having been drilled in the first half. How do you rank

                these wells?

                MD Simon Ashton

All of these wells we would consider of relatively low technical risk. Two or three

of these wells are likely to be deep Gulf Coast wells and hence have added

operational risks along with the higher upside potential. The program could be

increased depending upon the level of success at the Duncan well, leading to a

combination of exploration and development wells.

                corporatefile.com.au

In a market presentation earlier this year, you outlined a market capitalisation

growth target for Strike of greater than five fold from the current A$70 million by

August 2008. Where do you see the best opportunities to create this value? Are

you being too ambitious? How important are energy prices in realising your

                longer-term growth strategy?

                MD Simon Ashton

The target you refer to reflects the total potential of Strike’s portfolio of activity.

While it is an ambitious target we have the projects in place that have the potential

to deliver this scale of growth and that growth figure reflects this potential. A

significant proportion of this growth can come from the Gulf Coast area with the

development of the Rayburn discovery, and say one more new discovery from one

of our next 3 large scale exploration wells. In the Carnarvon Basin we have the

projects to deliver significant value add when we have resolved the drilling rig

issue. Furthermore we have other business development opportunities and

production acquisitions under review in addition to the South Australian coal

gasification project, all of which could add significant value in the next 12 months.

The current high world oil prices and high domestic US gas prices clearly help our

growth strategy. However, the nature of the projects we are working with would

                remain profitable at lower prices.

                corporatefile.com.au

What about Strike’s financial commitment? How are you funding your

participation? Does this impact your ability to develop your other projects?

                5

                MD Simon Ashton

At this stage we are funding the program from existing working capital and cash

flow from the production. We are entertaining putting in place a small debt

facility to help fund development type activities. Fortunately at present other

projects in Strike Oil’s portfolio, in addition to the Gulf Coast activities, are not

placing significant capital demands on existing cash which stands at around A$5

million. It is also important to understand that unlike many junior explorers we do

have a revenue stream. If success at the Duncan-1 well triggers an accelerated

development program, we have the option to draw on increased cash flow from the

success, a greater debt funding capacity and the possibility of some equity funding.

                corporatefile.com.au

Strike has had an active 2007 financial year. What is planned for FY 2008?

                MD Simon Ashton

We are progressing on many fronts. In the Gulf Coast we are moving to

immediately develop the Duncan-1 well to generate additional revenue. We are

also progressing with our planned high impact exploration drilling program, to

build on our high success ratio (better than 50%) there. In the Rocky Mountains,

following completion of the 3-D seismic survey, we will be further testing and

evaluating prospective drill targets at Florence, Tow Creek, and Bear River.

In Australia, we are commencing a feasibility study to develop the Rivoli Gasfield

in the Carnarvon Basin to supply regional power and we are making good

progress on developing alternative drilling options for our exciting Carnarvon

Basin prospects. In South Australia, we have made considerable progress in

evaluating the various options with respect to the potential for a coal gasification

project associated with a large lignite (brown coal) deposit.

Strike owns the rights to a significant lignite (brown coal) deposit located in South

Australia? What is the commercial potential of this deposit?

We have broadened our evaluation of the potential of this asset to include coal

Angaben des aktuellen BP Statistical Review of World Energy

Kohle wird also

Was sich völlig utopisch anhört,wäre technisch durchaus möglich:

Die südafrikanische South African Coal, Oil, and Gas Corporation

Jahr in Betrieb gehen soll.

                autonomen Region Innere Mongolei entstehen.

                Saubere Kohle?

Kohle hat allerdings Schwächen. Noch existieren massive

Umweltprobleme.

The Duncan 1 well has been successfully drilled to test the Rayburn Prospect in Wharton County, Texas. Wireline logs have confirmed potential gas pay at multiple levels in the Wilcox Formation (refer to ASX announcement made 16 July 2007).

The rig was released on 23 July after successfully setting a 4 ½ in liner over the interval 12,330-16,030 feet (3,758-4,886 metres) in preparation for testing the Lower Wilcox zones followed by testing of the shallower Middle Wilcox pay zone.

Testing of these zones is expected to commence in mid August at which time perforating and fracture stimulation will be undertaken using a workover rig.

Earlier this week, Strike Oil’s Managing Director, Simon Ashton, told Corporatefile:

It is still too early to make a reasonable estimate of the potential size of the resource but we are excited about the discovery based upon the drill results we’ve received to date. It

(the Duncan 1 well) has significant gas pay zones based on drill cuttings, gas shows and wireline logging. We have now confirmed the presence of a large structure with interpreted gas pay at multiple levels.

                    OPERATIONS UPDATE

Strike Oil announces the following update on activities in the USA.

                    1. Texas Gulf Coast : Rayburn development plan under review

Rayburn Prospect, Duncan 1 well, Wharton County

(Strike Oil: 22.8% working interest. Operator: Cypress E&P Corporation)

The Operator is reviewing a development plan for the Rayburn gas discovery. A testing programme for the Duncan 1 well is being designed.

Gas transportation and sales agreements are being finalised, with the intent being to test the well to sales within 30 days of finalising such agreements.

                      Colorado

                      Tow Creek Project, Routt County

(Strike Oil: 37.5% working interest. Operator: Comet Ridge USA Inc.)

Strike Oil has been advised by the Operator that drilling operations on the Coal View Unit 31-4 (CVU 31-4) sidetrack are due to commence this week.

The original well was drilled in November-December 2006. It reached a total depth of 6,600 feet (2013 metres) after intersecting 245 feet (75 metres) of oil and gas shows in the main objective which was interpreted to be moderately to intensely fractured.

During the subsequent completion operation drill pipe became irretrievably stuck in the well. It is now planned to sidetrack the well and if similar oil and gas shows are encountered, to complete it for testing. The operations are expected to take about two weeks from the time of commencement. The sidetrack is targeting 200,000 to 500,000 barrels of recoverable oil.

                      Florence Project, Fremont County

(Strike Oil: 39% working interest. Operator: Comet Ridge USA Inc.)

Strike Oil has been advised by the Operator that an initial set of processed data from the Florence 3D seismic survey has been received. Interpretation will commence immediately.

The data will be used to identify infill drilling locations on the Florence oil field.

Drilling is expected to commence in the last calendar quarter of 2007.

Operations Update – Tow Creek Drilling

                    Highlights

CVU 31-4 side track well temporarily abandoned

Comet Ridge Limited announces that the Coal View Unit 31-4 sidetrack has been

temporarily abandoned due to part of the drill string becoming irretrievably stuck

in the well bore above the primary objective of the well.

Extended repairs resulting from the repeated mechanical failures of the drive

mechanism on the rig created a situation where the drill string was left hanging

stationary in the borehole for almost a week. During this time, as a result of the

inability to move the drill string and maintain circulation, borehole conditions

deteriorated to such an extent that the drill string became irretrievably stuck. The

decision to quickly discontinue operations results from experience gained during

the winter when a similar situation resulted in an extended and expensive

                    unsuccessful fishing operation.

The well has been temporarily plugged to allow further side-tracking operations at

a later time with another rig. Comet Ridge is pursuing negotiations with the

drilling contractor to recover certain costs.

Strong oil and gas shows recorded over fractured intervals within the Niobrara in

both the original well bore and the sidetrack hole remain untested. Comet Ridge

and joint venture partner Strike Oil Limited (ASX Code: STX) remain committed

to testing the significant oil potential of the Tow Creek anticline but need to

assess an appropriate way forward given the obviously elevated operational risks

                    of drilling on the structure.

                    operations update

                    3. Progress continues with respect to site and road access, site preparation, facilities installation and access to enable testing to commence and new drill sites to be accessed in the next few weeks.

                    7. The Duncan 1 well is scheduled to commence the testing program in two to three weeks. Commencement of testing has been slightly delayed due to the adverse wet weather conditions in Texas and the finalization of key location access agreements which are now well advanced.

Preparations are continuing to enable the start up of development drilling by late October. The first well is planned to drill and test only the high quality shallower pay zones which will be brought onto production immediately on completion and fracture stimulation. Additional development wells will be announced closer to the start dates.

Continuous production is planned to commence around the end of this year.

Timing of field operations are best estimates and are subject to operational, weather and contractual and access agreements.

                              Already hit it big

" [...] Unlike a lot of the junior petroleum plays, Perth's Strike Oil has already hit it big. A few years back, it banked $23.5 million from selling out of the Casino gas discovery in the Otway Basin off Victoria to a Santos/AWE/Mitsui consortium.
But like a host of other Australian juniors, Strike has since turned its attention to the US.

The US is hardly an underexplored petroleum province. While Australian oil production peaked in 2000, American production reached its peak 30 years earlier and has been declining ever since.

Short of protected areas of Alaska and the ultra-deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, there probably aren't a lot of big fields waiting to be found in the US.

But that hasn't stopped Australian juniors from looking for profitable small finds in well-known petroleum provinces like Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and California.

Strike already has interests in two commercial discoveries in Texas. Now an American joint venture partner is about to start flow testing at the Rayburn gas discovery, which has the potential to hold up to 500 billion cubic feet of gas. Strike will receive about 17 per cent of the revenues after taxes and royalties, which could be worth up to $425 million, or $1.52 a share ( aufmerksam aufmerksam aufmerksam Zwinkern ), depending on the ultimate size of the discovery. The company is seeking to raise up to $10 million from an entitlement issue at 21.5c a share to help expand its production base. [...]"
