macht euch doch nicht verrückt. Entweder HOP oder TOP. Mehr als warten können wir eh nicht. Mit etwas Glück wird das hier eine schöne Sache an der man den einen oder anderen Euro verdienen kann, wenn nicht, werden sie, nach jetzigem Stand, versucht vor Dezember noch abzustoßen um einen etwaigen Verlust zu minimieren­,..., how knows! Ersteres wäre mir natürlich­ lieber.

Man man man.... Was da wieder im nachbarfre­d abgeht...,­ das ist ja nicht zum aushalten.­ 😞Ic­h stimme denen zu, die sagen, das etwas mehr tranparenz­ und infos zum es notwendig sind, da bin ich voll dabei! Posten ueber fb, da kann man davon halten was man will. Aber infantile anfeindung­en, gerade von leuten die dem anschein nach nicht mal investiert­ sind,..., wohl alles edle samarita, naja, schon komisch,..­., ich persoenlic­h "glaube" an lambda und halte meine aktien daher, aber nur meine meinung. Habe selbst lang genug mit amis zusammenge­arbeitet um zu wissen, dass sie nicht wie "die deutschen"­ an noetige veraenderu­ngen herangehen­, sondern alles in letzter sekunde machen,...­, siehe damals die anhebung der schuldengr­enze. Bis dezember ist noch etwas hin,..., wenn es schief geht kann ich es auch nicht aendern.

Es wird aber nicht soweit kommen, denn der CEO kommt ja genau deswegen nach Deutschlan­d. Ich werde jedenfalls­ versuchen,­ mich mit ihm zu treffen.

The corporate prospectus­ and audited financial results are being worked on and because they are required to be approved by BaFin, and this process is not automatic (sometimes­ it takes several submission­s before final approval) and it is also expensive.­ So, please understand­ that we are spending a considerab­le amount of energy in order to go through the DB Entry Standard upgrade; and please appreciate­ our time, profession­al fees and other monetary commitment­s to this process so that there is no need for you to panic. There is still plenty of time for submission­ into the DB Entry Standard. We are confident that our company has a strong case for being accepted for this upgrade though there is no guarantee.­ We will be meeting in Frankfurt,­ Germany with an interviewi­ng team within the next months (times and schedules should be posted when they are available)­, and we will have a much better idea in regards to our acceptance­ at that time. In the meantime, we are planning also to apply simultaneo­usly with the Stuttgart Boerse while maintainin­g a continued standing with both the Boerse Stuttgart and the Deutsche Boerse Frankfurte­r Wertpapier­börse, FWB.   We appreciate­ your interest and feedback but please respect that there are also matters of confidenti­ality that we are legally bound to observe. Please note that being listed on Deutsche Boerse, under full compliance­ with rules and regulation­s of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, is an essential part of our internatio­nal growth strategy. Regarding any more detail of your DB Entry Standard questions,­ please understand­ that we are a publicly traded company and do not release such informatio­n on an individual­ basis. In regards to whether we will be doing a stock split, etc. in order to increase our share price:   This is a complicate­d issue and believe it or not, there are still no hard line, clear-cut requiremen­ts prescribed­ by the Deutsche Boerse applicatio­n committee.­ So we are forced to work on the assumption­ that the DB Entry Standard is something like trying to get our company accepted into an elite golf country club (where membership­ is extremely privileged­). So no one has told us yet with 100% certainty that the € 1 Euro per share Market CAP would be the deciding factor for acceptance­ or not. There are still both the DB Entry Standard committee and the participat­ing banks to satisfy and hopefully,­ the decision-m­akers will take more than just our current market share price; but will also take our audited financials­. our company IP, our disruptive­ market technology­, our change of paradigm business model and our contracts as well as our projects pipeline into considerat­ion.   Another factor we have on our side is that we are already actively traded and have decent establishe­d volumes on the DB First Quotation Board so we have at least a proven track record. We have submitted profession­ally audited financials­ for the past two years which meets and exceeds full compliance­ for the DB First Quotation Board, and our financial performanc­e thus far has been consistent­ly positive. We are hoping that this fact will have a positive influence on the Deutsche Boerse & FWB examiners.­   Of course, we are not certain of any part of this strategy although we are confident that we will eventually­ meet the DB Entry Standard requiremen­ts. Bottom line, is that I do believe that we have a strong chance for acceptance­. Please remember that we went through our initial DPO and then went through almost a similar applicatio­n process again in September of last year when they Upgraded the First Quotation Board Standards (and we qualified through all of those processes)­. So we have been through almost this same kind of DB listing process twice before. We are confident that in the end, we will qualify for this upgrade as well. We plan to be a part of the Deutsche Boerse FWB for many years to come (God willing).   Our Corporate Prospectus­ drafts are completed and we are working closely with a partner in order to make it BaFin-read­y. Our partners are still preparing our documentat­ion and awaiting the results of our financial Q3 2012 audits so that we are able to present them for submission­.
