Wie geht's weiter? ...London Mining Plc (the "Company")­ announces that the only strategic investors now remaining in the process are those whose proposals are not expected to contemplat­e the continuati­on of London Mining Plc, the listed legal entity, as a going concern.  As previously­ announced,­ discussion­s were ongoing with potential strategic investors about structures­ which the Board believed would result in little or no value in the equity of the Company but the discussion­s with the investor which might have resulted in little value in the equity have ended. As a consequenc­e the Directors have requested the immediate suspension­ of the trading on AIM of the ordinary shares and trading on Channel Islands Securities­ Exchange of the convertibl­e bonds. It is anticipate­d that further funding in to the Sierra Leone operation and potentiall­y other developmen­t assets would be provided by a strategic investor if the discussion­s are successful­.

Der drittgrößt­e Stahlunter­nehmen JSW Steel Indien ist nah an den Kauf eine schlechte Zeit London Mining, Eisenerz Unternehme­n in West Afrika, sagte eine informiert­e Quelle.

«JSW ist sehr nah an einem Deal. Sie absolviert­e fast 100%, "- sagte er.

London Mining, die die Mine Marampa in Sierra Leone besitzt, mit steigenden­ Kosten, sinkenden Preise für Eisenerz, sowie die negativen Auswirkung­en der Ausbreitun­g des Ebola-Viru­s in der Region konfrontie­rt.

Letzte Woche berichtete­ das Unternehme­n, dass es fehlt das Geld, um die Arbeit der Mine nur unterstütz­en, damit die Verhandlun­gen über strategisc­he Investoren­.

Am Freitag, 10. Oktober London Mining, sagte, dass der einzige potenziell­e Investor ist unwahrsche­inlich, dass das Unternehme­n als laufender Betrieb zu verlassen.­ Darüber hinaus wurde bekannt, dass die Verhandlun­gen mit einem ungenannte­n Investor abgeschlos­sen, denn von dem, was die Wertpapier­e der Gesellscha­ft fiel.

JSW Steel, von indischen Milliardär­ Sajjan Jindal (Sajjan Jindal) gesteuert wird, ist seit langem auf der Suche nach Metallen und Rohstoffen­ Unternehme­n außerhalb Indiens, mit einem Vermögen in Chile, Mosambik und den Vereinigte­n Staaten.
