VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 16, 2015) - Naturally Splendid Enterprises ("Naturally Splendid") (TSX VENTURE:NSP)(OTCQB:NSPDF)(FRANKFURT:50N) announces that Full Spectrum Laboratories Limited ("FSL"), Boreal Technologies, Inc. ("Boreal"), Naturally Splendid USA Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Naturally Splendid, ("Naturally Splendid USA") and Naturally Splendid have agreed to extend the outside date for closing of the previously announced Novation Agreement, as amended on December 15, 2014, (see news release dated November 20, 2014 and December 16, 2014) to February 15, 2015. No other terms of the Novation Agreement have changed.
The Novation Agreement is subject to a number of conditions including acceptance of the above transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange and Naturally Splendid completing its previously announced financing (see news releases dated November 27, 2014 and December 5, 2014). In the event that the transaction does not close by February 15, 2015, the Novation Agreement will be terminated and be of no further force or effect.

Und NSP soll unterschreiben bzw
Nachweisen das sie nichts illegales
tun oder vor haben
jedenfalls sind sie stark am kämpfen
für die Freigabe
Es soll Werte gegeben haben die drei
mal solange gebraucht haben.
Wir hoffen mal hier gehts schneller.

wann wird die Handelssperre aufgehoben ? Ein viertel Jahr ist um ohne Zahlen und Kurse. Wie lange wird es noch dauern? Ein Tag?Ein Jahr.?

Boreal droht mit Entzug der Lizenzen wenn nicht bald der Handel aufgenommen wird
NSP meldet sich nicht mehr auf E Mails,wir werden von Woche zu Woche vertröstet
und Naturelly bekommt ihre Probleme nicht in den Griff.ich sehe noch keine Produkte
auf demUS Markt und die anderen Produkte werden von der TSX V nicht genehmigt.
Die Bude brennt (ich hoffe nicht ab)mit unserer Kohle
Neue Vertröstung bis 28.2. und dann?

Die Meldung und das der Handel wieder aufgenommen wird, muss erstmal eine Runde machen!
Denke mal das heute 20-30% möglich sind und dann morgen noch ein schöner Zock, bevor sie ihr Niveau findet.

Und ab geht die Fahrt...
Was für Nachrichten... Naja, bin gespannt wie der Markt reagiert. Schade, dass ich mich nicht vor dem Handelsstop deutlicher eingekauft habe. Nun wird man vermutlich nichts mehr bekommen außer mit deutlich zweitstelligem Aufschlag ;) Mein Tipp: heute +40% ;) und die +100% knacken wir dann nächste Woche.
