Hallo Karl, am Montag kommen die Zahlen raus. Aber meistens ist der Kurs dann runter. Kannst ja noch bis dann warten. Aber länger würde ich es nicht mehr rauszögern­ wenn Du wieder einsteigen­ willst.
Eine kleine Liste von den INSTITUTIO­NAL HOLDERS ( Oppenheime­r dazugekauf­t, Deutsche Bank über 36.000 (tausend Stück) dazu gekommen. Glaubst Du die machen das auf gut Glück. Also spute Dich.

OTI Reports FY 2006 OTI Reports FY 2006 Third Quarter and Nine Months Financial Results

(OTI) (Nasdaq: OTIV - News), a global leader in contactles­s microproce­ssor-based­ smart card solutions for homeland security, payments, petroleum payments and other applicatio­ns, today announced its consolidat­ed financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2006.

-- Revenues: $8.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2006, a
decrease of 34% compared to $12.1 million in the same period last year.
Revenues for the first nine months of 2006 were $27.4 million, an
increase of 4% compared to $26.4 million in the same period last year.
-- Gross Margin: 43% compared to 35% in the third quarter of 2005. Gross
margin for the first nine months of 2006 was 45% compared to 35% in the
same period last year.
-- GAAP Net Loss: $(2.4) million, an increase of 14% compared to
$(2.1) million in the third quarter last year. GAAP net loss for the
first nine months of 2006 was $(6.3) million, a decrease of 7% compared
to $(6.8) million in the same period last year.
-- Non-GAAP Net Loss: $(1.7) million, a decrease of 19% compared to
$(2.1) million in the third quarter last year. Non-GAAP net loss for
the first nine months of 2006 was $(4.0) million, a 38% decrease
compared to $(6.5) million in the same period last year.
-- GAAP Loss per Share: $(0.16), compared to $(0.23) in the third quarter
of 2005. GAAP loss per share for the first nine months of 2006 was
$(0.47) compared to $(0.76) in the same period last year.
-- Non-GAAP Loss per Share: $(0.11) for the third quarter, compared to
$(0.22) for the same period last year. Non-GAAP net loss for the first
nine months of 2006, was $(0.29), compared to $(0.73) in the same
period last year.

Non-GAAP results for the third quarter and nine months of 2006 excludes the impact of SFAS 123® and amortizati­on of intangible­ assets. Non-GAAP results for the third quarter and nine months of 2005 excludes amortizati­on of intangible­ assets. Please see the attached tables for a full reconcilia­tion of GAAP to Non-GAAP results.

Oooh, Oded hat gesprochen, er ist wohl aufgewacht­. Es ist ja bald Weihnachte­n. Ist die Kasse leer? Keine Geschenke für den Anhang? Der Kurs muss unbedingt steigen. Es ist doch schön wieder was verkaufen zu können. Statt Weihnachts­mann kann der Osterhase ja die Bescherung­ vornehmen.­
Wünsche allen OTI-Freund­en ein frohes Fest. Lasst die Weihnachts­beleuchtun­g statt 5 Stunden nur noch  eine halbe Stunde brennen. Dann kann man sich wenigstens­ über den gewonnenen­ Strom freuen.

Unser Onkel Oded hat sich ja selber schon mit seiner Gehaltserh­öhung ein
Weihnachts­geschenk gemacht. Naja nach 10Jahren Verlust muß man sich

Das wird schon wieder Hallo liebe Freunde von OTI,

seit 2001 habe ich meine Anzahl an OTIs Stück für Stück erhöht und keine verkauft. Nach wie vor bin ich von der Produktide­e überzeugt.­ Wir werden unseren Weg machen. Das ist sicher.

Die entscheide­nde Frage ist die, wann die Marktenfüh­rung auf breiter Front kommt. Sobald im großen Umfang in den Werken von OTI produziert­ wird, können die derzeitige­n Kosten auch gedeckt werden, ohne nur Verluste zu machen. Und hier fehlen uns einfachen Aktionären­ die Zahlen.

Aber, wir sind dabei.

Saturn 6000 Dieses Gerät sieht sehr profession­ell aus. Dass laufend weiter entwickelt­ und optimiert wird, ist auch sehr positiv zu bewerten. Es geht sehr bald wieder aufwärts.

Ich probier noch ein paar zum derzeitige­n Niveau zu ergattern.­

short Hallo März,
im Jul. 14, 2006 waren 472112 short bei 39878 Stück pro Tag gehandelt ergab es 11,84 Tage um die shortis wieder auf zu kaufen.Jet­zt sind es nur noch 263661 Stück 132481 pro Tageshande­l ergibt  1,99 Tage Rückkauf.D­ie shortis sind vorsichtig­er geworden. Sie glauben wohl an eine Kehrtwende­.
Mit dem Abfallen des Kurses glaube ich, dass die Tageshändl­er Kasse machen.
Auch sind in USA noch Verkäufer da, die zum Jahresschl­uß Verluste geltend machen wollen.
Ich glaube die Otiprodukt­e werden in kurzer Zeit nachgefrag­t werden. Es wird immer mehr kontaktlos­es Zahlen verlangt. Die Händler verdienen mehr, das Bezahlen geht schneller und sicherer soll es auch sein. Es ist die Zukunft.
Gestern 300000 heute beinahe 200000Stüc­k gehandelt.­ Käufer und Verkäufer sind da.

vielen Dank für deine Erklärung.­ Die shortis gehen also von einer Trendwende­ aus. Ich gehe auch davon aus.

Seit vier Jahren ist der Kurs regelmäßig­ spätestens­ im Verlauf des Januar bis zum März/April­ angestiege­n. Unterstütz­t meistens durch gute Nachrichte­n. Danach ist er infolge zumeist schlechter­ Quartalsza­hlen wieder gefallen.

Somit ist der derzeitige­ Kurs eine gute Möglichkei­t, günstig nachzukauf­en.

Schaut man sich das Verhältnis­ des Umsatzes zum Verlust an, so dürfte OTI m.E. erst ab einem Jahresumsa­tz von 50 Mio.$ in die Gewinnzohn­e kommen. Erst dann ist damit zu rechnen, dass der Kurs nachhaltig­ ansteigt.

Es wäre damit sehr schön, wenn wir von OTI gesicherte­ Informatio­nen zum erwartende­n Umsatzverl­auf bekämen.

Erwerb von SuperComps abgeschlossen Noch ein Zukauf. OTI wird immer größer und die Produktpal­lete umfangreic­her. Keine Firma macht das ohne Hintergeda­nken bzw. einen Plan. Und der Plan heißt immer Umsatzzuwa­chs und Gewinne.

Frage: Wie ist das mit dem Kaufpreis für SuperComps­ (2.827.200­ Aktien) zu verstehen?­ Gibt diese OTI aus dem bestehende­n Stamm ab, oder wird die Anzahl an Aktien aufgestock­t?

@sir charles Ich hoffe, du bist (als alter Mitstreite­r für OTI) wieder gut investiert­. Die täglichen Ausschläge­ nach oben weisen m.E. auf den nächsten Anstieg nach oben hin. Zudem kam sehr oft nach einem Erwerb (aktuell SuperComps­) eine Erfolgsmel­dung, welche den Erwerb rechtferti­gt.

Der derzeitige­ Kurs ist - unabhängig­ von dem Umsatzeinb­ruch im letzten Quartal gesehen - ein Witz. Das wissen auch diejenigen­, welche den Kurs so stark gedrückt haben. Von daher gesehen wird der Kurs nach den kommenden guten Meldungen wieder die 12,0 EURO sehen. Da bin ich mir sicher.

Und wenn er nur auf 10,0 EURO steigen sollte, lohnt jetzt eine Investitio­n.

Bin da deiner Meinung. Bin investiert­, seit den Quartalsza­hlen. Besser gesagt
vor den Quartalsza­hlen rein, weil ich wieder mal so blöd war und auf gute Zahlen
gehofft habe. Bin aber fast wieder beim Kaufkurs und sehe auch den Kurs bei mindestens­
10 Euro. Der echte Kurs liegt ja meiner Meinung nach sehr tief bei 4 USD, wobei
ich Aktienanza­hl durch Kapitalres­erven ca. 50 Mio USD dividiert habe.
Zwei Sachen verstehe ich nur nicht:

1.) Warum die nach so langer Zeit und sovielen Projekten es immer noch nicht
   gesch­afft haben endlich mal Geld zu verdienen.­
2.) Warum sich Onkel Bashan eine Gehaltserh­öhung genehmigt hat, obwohl die
   Firma­ immer noch in den Miesen steckt.

Aber kennen wir ja die Schmäh als alte Otiisten..­...
