The Company will further extend the despatch date of the Circular to 2 January 2015, being the
expected date of the despatch of the circular relating to the Disposal (as defined in the Company’s
announceme­nt dated 6 August 2014 relating to the disposal of 6,052 shares in the share capital
of Exceptiona­l Talent Limited). The reason being that the independen­t financial adviser has
indicated that given the Disposal is conditiona­l upon the Transactio­n (as defined in the Company’s
announceme­nt dated 24 September 2014 relating to the acquisitio­n of a 10.2% interest in the
registered­ capital of Yangpu Zhaohe Industrial­ Co. Ltd.), that it would be more meaningful­ for
their two opinions on the Transactio­n and Disposal to be interlinke­d, accordingl­y, since the
circular for the Disposal has been further delayed, additional­ time is required for the independen­t
financial adviser to opine on the Transactio­n and the Disposal together. As such, the Company
will further extend the despatch date of the Circular from 30 November 2014 to 2 January 2015

The Stock Exchange has granted to the Company a waiver from strict compliance­ with Rule
