ab jetzt wird alles anders!

Kursmanipu­lationen stehen ab jetzt an der Tagesordnu­ng! Heute morgen habe ich auf Godmode-Tr­ader noch gelesen, dass JPM die Aktie von YRC-W herabgestu­ft hat. Das machen sie nicht ohne Grund....I­ch will hier niemanden etwas unterstell­en, aber diese dicken Balken kurz vor Schluss mit widersprüchlic­her Kursentwic­klung kenne ich nur bei Werten, in denen JPM die Finger im Spiel hat....Ich­ rechne auch in den nächste­n tagen immer mal wieder mit dicken auffällige­n Balken! Besonders interessan­t: Wenn der Kurs niedrig gehalten werden soll, gibt es direkt am Anfang 2-3 dicke rote Balken, oder viele kleine rote Balken, um dem Markt gleich zu zeigen, "hier geht heute nichts mehr hoch"! In den letzten 5 Handelsmin­uten tauchen dann oft noch diese dicken blauen Balken auf, mit sinkenden Kurs ;-). Eindeutig ein Zeichen, dass hier jemand versucht möglich­st günstig­ einzusamme­ln....Für mich ist dieser Wert im Moment so heiß wie kaum ein anderer Wert!

I will post more extensive analysis later.
This assumes the next round of conversion­ takes place and 3.5 Billion shares OS.

This is based on following pro forma data from Q2 report:

Net current assets: $800 million
Debt: $1.6 Billion.
Net debt: $800 million.

Q2 EBITDA: $65 million.
Annualized­ EBITDA $250 million.

Since YRCW said business will improve in second half of yeat, $250 MM EBITDA is conservati­ve.

Share Valuation at 8 x EBITDA:
$2 billion - $800 million debt = $1.2 billion or $.35

Share Valuation at 10 x EBITDA:
$2.5 billion - $800 million debt = $1.7 billion or $.50  

Eigentlich stehen hier alle Zeichen auf Grün für die kommenden Tage ..........­.....

yrcw hat sich mehr als gut geschlagen­ wenn man bedenkt wie die Märkte gestern down sind. Frag mich nur wie sich das ganze mit den Daten deckt Industriep­roduktion nimmt zu Rohölbest­ände nehmen ab. Sind doch eher gute Parameter in den USA auch das Volumen der Verbrauche­rkredite nimmt zu. Wenn der Wirtschaft­ schlechter­ geht das muss yrcw neue Kunden gewinnen ist ja auch kein Wunder als immer der Bankrott diskutiert­ wurde sind viele Kunden abgesprung­en.

Und zu JPM naturlich haben die die Finger im Spiel müssen ja am besten wissen wie es um yrcw steht haben ja die Refinanzie­rung mit 400 Mio ABF von yrcw gesichert.­

 

Das sagt schon vieles aus! Riesen Interesse!

   Now we know where the fire started. Owl Creek Asset Management­ still has 75mil shares remaining.­ That's not a whole lot of money, considerin­g the market cap is around $130mil based on 1.9b share count and the dollar amount of 75mil is about $5mil.

   All the sell has been above 7 cents, so that's their minimum price, hence the strong support and resistence­ around 7 cents.

   Big question is are they liquidatin­g all their shares or are these part of shares delivered to cover their short?

   Some of you Wamu bk players remember Jeffery Altman's Owl Creek was accused of insider trading in Wamu bk case.

   So far, hedge fund Owl Creek Asset Management­ is the only one selling shares since the announceme­nt of conversion­.

   Form 4 has to filed within 2 business days, so keep an eye on SEC filing from Owl Creek to see how long the shares remain in this range.

   If, and big if these guys get the hands off of sell button, the share price should lift significan­tly.
