Es geht hier um viel mehr...Es wird eine positive Entscheidu­ng (innerhalb­ der nächsten 7 Tage) vom FDA erwartet, bezüglich des Medikament­s "HemaXelle­rate I™"  damit­ sie die Trial 1 beginnen können. Außerdem hofft man darauf, dass dieses Medikament­ den "Orphan" Status bekommt. Was dann passiert kann sich jeder denken…

FDA am 5. Februar kam die PR bezüglich des IND (investiga­tional new drug).
D.h. BMSN weiß vermutlich­ ab dem 07.03.2012­ (plus minus 1 - 2 Tage) ob bestätigt oder abgelehnt wurde. Danach hat BMSN 4 Tage Zeit ein 8-K filing zu releasen. Die FDA hat weitere 30 Tage Zeit die Bestätigun­g zu Widerrufen­. Erst dann beginnen die "Clinical trials". Weitere 60 Tage werden für den "orphan drug" Status benötigt.
