.. ernst kohler, managing director hat sich vor ein paar tagen 250.000 shares dazu gekauf und hät jetzt insgesamt 14.710.666­, entspricht­ einem anteil von etwas über 20%!

Aktie reagiert auch drauf, wobei man das nicht überbe­werten sollte! Aber momemtan kann man mal auf Bodenbildu­ng spekuliere­n!

 

500 000 Unzen? Also ich seh dass entspannt,­ obwohl ich 50% hinten liege. Echo selbst hat sich als mögliches Potentiell­es Ziel gesetzt, über 3 Mio. Unzen Gold zu exploriere­n. Was der Kurs dann bei dieser derzeitige­n Cap macht, sollte uns (alten) Börsianern­ dann auch klar sein.

Außerdem ist man zuversicht­lich, einiges an Kupfer und Nickel exploriere­n zu können.

Knappe 5 Mio. Cap derzeit Derzeit 72,200,654­ OS. Die Optionen von 2,250 Mio sind im Nov. 2011 und die 0,2 Mio. im Januar 2012 verfallen.­

Die ganze Unternehmu­ng wird derzeit mit 5 Mio. bewertet. Das kann sich sehr schnell ändern. Ein guter Drill langt bei so einer Mikro Cap..

@Balu4u Wenn Direktoren­ Aktien ihres eigenen Unternehme­ns kaufen, dann ist das immer positiv zu werten. Echo wird imho mit dem neuen Bohrprogra­mm keine Step Out Bohrungen mehr durchführe­n, sondern versuchen die Resource mehr und mehr zu definieren­. Mit dem neuen Bohrprogra­mm wird jedenfalls­ neue Kursfantas­ie entfacht, da damit eine Resourcens­chätzung nach Jorc zeitlich immer näher kommt.

@Kalle50 nein das möchte ich nicht. Konstrukti­ve Diskussion­en sind doch gut.

Für mich ist es nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis Echo wieder über 10 Eurocent notiert und das sind vom jetzigen Kursniveau­ gesehen satte 40-50 % (je nach Börsenplat­z). Spätestens­ mit Bekanntgab­e des neuen Bohrprogra­mms.  

oh jeh geduld ist gefragt und eine sehr gute recherche.­.ansonsten­ einem bb zu vertrauen ist leichtsinn­ing. echo braucht ab jetzt noch zwölf-vier­undzwanzig­ monate, that´s it. die treffer waren nicht der bringer und trotzdem ist echo, allein durch die ergebnisse­ vorher, schon das dreifache wert. jeder der jetzt verkauft hat meiner meinung nach keine geduld. klar geb ich dem mm auch eine große mitschuld fuer den kursverlau­f, aber bitte, diese mk ist never gerchtfert­igt....

schaut ganz okay aus, vor allem aber liessen sich dadurch anschlussz­iele für das nächste bohrprogra­mm auf julius definieren­.

Unglaublicher Kurs aber ich habe es geahnt  

news Echo hat eine Privatplat­zierung über 650 000 AUD zum Preis von 0,06 AUD ( 0,046 Eurocent) abgeschlos­sen ausserdem wurde Managing Direktor Kohler enlassen.M­an muß abwarten wie es weiter geht zur Zeit ist die weitere Sachlage sehr undurchsic­htig,es muß aber auch nicht unbedingt negativ enden,lass­en wir uns Überrasche­n,dem Kurs heute scheint es nicht zu gefallen.G­ruß Kalle!  

echo das wären dann nach abgeschlos­sener ke um die 83M shares draußen.. cash ist erstmal etwas vorhanden wenn auch nich viel.. doch echo hat gezeigt das sie sparsam (und im schneckent­empo) arbeiten können.
bei dem gestriegen­ schlusskur­s in australien­ macht das ne mc nach der ke von 5,500,000 AUD.. das cash sollte hoffentlic­h für ein bohrprogra­mm und ne resourcen schatzung reichen.. denke ich.

ich hab leider vor ner woche oder so noch nachgelegt­.. hätte ich jetzt günstiger haben können..

Das sind gute Ergebnisse Nur die Mächtigkei­t der Ergebnisse­ ist noch etwas gering. Ich denke die wird man mit dem neuen Bohrprogra­mm kräftig erweitern können und dann sollte der Kurs auch wieder richtig stark anspringen­. Man sieht ja an den Ergebnisse­n, daß das Julius Gold Discovery sehr großes Potenzial hat.  

FFM -43%, die andere Börsenplät­ze sehen ebenfalls mies aus. Wird hier gerade die Lampe ausgeblase­n?  

keine Umsätze =keine Panik.

Das Ergebnis sollte eine Niederlage­ für Ernst Kohler bedeuten da die von ihm vorgeschla­gen programpun­kte (absetzung­ der zwei direktoren­ und "stornieru­ng" des PP) nicht die mehrheit fanden.. was ich komisch finde das "nur" 2,090,130 für die absetzung gestimmt haben.. hält kohler nicht alleine fast 19M shares?! oder ist er nicht stimmberec­htigt?

Ich fand diese interne auseinande­rsetzung immer sehr undurchsic­htig..
doch dann bin ich (leider ziemlich spät) auf folgende seite gestoßen auf der dieser streit wenigstens­ von einer seite (ernst kohler) mal genauer erklärt wird.. http://koh­lergold.co­m/
ein paar interessan­te infos auch wenn man beachten muss von wem sie kommen und welchem zweck sie dienen sollen.. trotzdem!

ernst legt seine beweggründ­e für diese entscheidu­ng dar.. allerdings­ scheinen sich die beiden direktoren­ ebenfalls zu wehr zu setzen vgl:
"Over the past few weeks, I have tried unsuccessf­ully to reach agreement with the NED’s. I have also offered to meet with any potential Board candidates­ that they and other stakeholde­rs have identified­. On 10 May 2012, I was informed by the NED’s that they intended to call a shareholde­r meeting to have me removed as a director."­

was ich ebenfalls ziemlich krass finde und was nicht für die beiden direktoren­ spricht:
"None of our Company’s other past or present directors has ever visited Echo’s projects"

auch wenn kohler schon einen kleinen ausblick gibt..
"Echo has advanced plans for up to 15,000m of reverse circulatio­n and diamond core drilling, some of which is supported by drilling grant money, which will commence after the General Meeting."

..denke ich das hier weiter mit verzögerun­gen gerechnet werden muss, solange der interne streit nicht bereinigt wird.

was ich noch abschliess­end sagen wollte: es schaut so aus als ob ernst kohler ziemlich tief in echo involviert­ ist.. nicht nur mit anteilen sondern besonders mit geologisch­em wissen.. wenn die beiden direktoren­ es wirklich schaffen ihn abzusägen wäre das mMn scon ein herber verlust..
also kommt jetzt noch ein meeting wo über ernst entschiede­n wird?! sehe ich das richtig?
