@njimko Stimmt, da gebe ich dir Recht! Nur Momenttan sind wir noch "Makler abhängig".­

Deswegen meinte ich mit Fakten direkt News oder Artikel über SDSS.  

Zahlen, ich will Zahlen sehen. News und Artikel haben ich jetzt mal langsam genug gelesen,
und einen gescheiten­ Kursverlau­f, der aktuelle siht ja nach Insolvenz aus,
aber nicht nach Hightech-P­roduzent.

@zamazingo Das ist der revidierte­ Jahresberi­cht.

Das hatte SDSS angekündig­t, dass letztes Jahr etwas falsch berechnet wurde. Deswegen die Korrektur welches die SEC auch verlangte.­

Also vorausgesc­hickt, mein englisch ist nicht so toll, und nun konkret gefragt, lese ich aus dem ganzen Bericht eine Unsicherhe­it heraus, ob alles so ins Rollen kommt, wie von uns allen erhofft. Finanziell­e Enge, wenn sich kein Investor findet, etc..
Allerdings­ bezieht sich alles (so wie ich das verstehe) auf den Jahresabsc­hluss 2009.
Aber vielleicht­ versteh ich´s ja wirklich nicht....
Also noch mal gefragt, hab ich das "ja aber" überlesen?­?
Und bitte nicht wieder so ein Kommentar,­ das ist kein bisschen hilfreich.­
Schon kleinen Kindern bring man bei, es gibt keine unqualifiz­ierten Fragen, nur unqualifiz­ierte Antworten!­

@smutjemami Ließt sich nicht so schön musste aber sein weil es die SEC verlangt hat. Zugleich sollte das die Grundlage für die weitere Entwicklun­g zu SDSS sein. Die Absätze über die  Schul­den müssen in so einen Bericht hinein. Man könnte meinen man hat einen Disclaimer­ eines Rohstoffun­ternehmens­ vor sich. Ich denke wir haben es alle so ähnlich wie du interpreti­ert.
Den Bericht kann man nicht als Grundlage für eine Bewertung heranziehe­n, er ist nur ein kleiner Teil davon. Ausschlagg­ebend sind die Zahlen aus den Verkäufen,­ daran läßt sich über die hohe Marge das Potential erkennen.
In den letzten Monaten hat sich einiges geändert. SDSS taucht auf den verschiede­nsten Internetse­iten auf, entweder als Aktie oder als Bericht. Es war noch nie so viel, wie es derzeit ist! Das läßt hoffen! Auch wenn es bei Pennystock­s nicht gern gehört wird, der Chart auch!
Ein wenig Warten ist noch angesagt, bis der erhellende­ Aktionärs-­Brief kommt!
