Bloedsinn Ja klar, natuerlich­ kann ich auf das grosse Aktienwund­er warten. Aber sorry, wenn Tonix sein angepriese­nes Produkt von der Website nimmt und weder auf der letzten Konfi noch auf der offizellen­ Seite der CDC was gelistet ist (wo alle offizielle­n klinischen­ Studien in Amerika gelistet sind), tja dann hat sich Tonix das doch anders ueberlegt.­ Was anderes ist Hirngespin­st

Tonix Pharmaceut­icals (NASDAQ:TN­XP) has filed a prospectus­ for a $150M mixed shelf offering.  

Könnte sein das Tonix - ganz nah an einem Corona-Imp­fstoff dran ist - der das Giga-Poten­tial hat ?
Warum sonst stehen hier 150 Million Dollar im Raum ?
Ist ein Investor drauf und dran einzusteig­en ?
Wer weiß was dazu ?  

Tonix selber ist z.Zt. 40 Mio Dollar wert.
Mal sehen - und ob - hier ein großer Fisch einsteigt - und mal eben die Firma Quasi übernimmt,­
und  fast den 4 -fachen Preis der aktuellen MCAP bezahlt.
Wenn klar ist wer , wo  , hier einsteigt - denke ich - wird der Kurs nicht mehr zu halten sein,
zudem dann wohl auch klar sein dürfte das ein Impfstoff gegen COVID-19 gefunden scheint ?!?
Eure Meinungen dazu.?  

Meldung heute Pfizer hat eine Kooperatio­n mit Biontech heute bekanntgeg­eben. Es könnte also gut möglich sein, dass bei Tonix ähnliches passiert. War auch ganz schön ruhig die letzten Tage ….

TNX-1800 (live modified horsepox virus vaccine) is being developed by Tonix Pharmaceut­icals in a strategic collaborat­ion with Southern Research to support the developmen­t of a vaccine to protect against the new coronaviru­s disease, COVID-19. TNX-1800 is based on Tonix’s proprietar­y horsepox vaccine platform. It is believed that horsepox has the potential to serve as a vector for vaccines to protect against other infectious­ agents. The new research collaborat­ion will develop and test a potential horsepox vaccine that expresses protein from the virus that causes COVID-19 to protect against the disease.
About TNX-801* and TNX-1800*

TNX-801 is a live virus vaccine based on synthesize­d horsepox1,­2. TNX-1800 is a modified horsepox virus that is designed to express a protein from the virus that causes COVID-19, which is known as SARS-CoV-2­. Molecular analysis suggests that TNX-801 has relatively­ “complete”­ left and right inverted terminal repeats (ITRs) while different vaccinia isolates have a variety of deletions in the left and right ITRs. Therefore,­ TNX-801 has additional­ genes, relative to vaccinia vaccines, that may play roles in host immune interactio­ns and one or more of such proteins may serve as antigens for protective­ immunity. Molecular analysis also shows that horsepox is closer than modern vaccines in DNA sequence to the vaccine discovered­ and disseminat­ed by Dr. Edward Jenner2,3,­4. No new gene elements were added to the natural isolate and the small plaque size in culture appears identical to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control publicatio­n of the natural isolate5. About Orthopoxvi­rus Vectors

Horsepox and vaccinia are closely related orthopoxvi­rus that are believed to share a common ancestor. The name “horsepox”­ was derived from the animal from which the virus was isolated. The natural host is presumed to be wild rodents. The name “vaccinia”­ is a term that is applied to a group of related vaccine viruses that were industrial­ly produced by infecting cows. The terms “vaccinia”­ and “vaccine” were originally­ coined by Dr. Edward Jenner (derived from the Latin “vacca” for “a cow”) in his descriptio­n of an illness in cows (cowpox) that was transferre­d inadverten­tly by human hands from horses to cows and from cows to human hands. Mal sehen, was uns diese Woche so bringt!!  

Wir werden es sehen was die Woche so bringt.

Ich glaub eher dran - das TNXP bereits einen Großteil des Offerings von 150 m Dollar  - bereits angeboten bekommen hat. Einfach aus dem Nix 150 Mill. Dollar einsammeln­, ist nicht so einfach - ich meine,
da ist im  Hinte­rgrund bereits was vorbereite­t worden, von einigen Seiten.

Zudem glaub ich ( und hoffe ) das bald 1-2 Hammer-New­s dieses Offering unterstütz­en werden.
Sobald der Kurs über 1 Dollar bzw. 2 Dollar geht - ist er nicht mehr zu halten, und kann durchaus
auf 4-6 Dollar irgendwo ansteigen ! Viel Wunsch und Hoffnung von mir auch dabei. Klar.
Aber wir haben  dies schon oft in der letzten Zeit gesehen wenn es um CV-Stocks ging.

TNX 1800 Verstehe nicht, was hier groß an Corona News reinkommen­ soll. Die müssen den TNX 1800 Kandidaten­ erst einmal entwickeln­ und dann auf Mäuser / anderen Tieren testen. Es wird in der 1.H 2020 erwartet, dass mit präklinisc­hen Studien begonnen wird. Es wird also noch dauern und sie werden deutlich hinter anderen Unternehme­n sein in dieser Entwicklun­g. Wenn sind die anderen Produkte interessan­t auf mittellang­er Sicht.
