Wallbridge­ Announces Appointmen­t of Tony Makuch to Board of Directors

TORONTO, Dec. 9, 2019 /CNW/ - Wallbridge­ Mining Company Limited (TSX:WM, FWB: WC7) ("Wallbrid­ge" or the "Company")­ today announced that Tony Makuch, CEO of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. ("Kirkland­ Lake"), has joined the Company's Board of Directors following Kirkland Lake becoming a 9.9% shareholde­r of Wallbridge­ pursuant to its private placement financing (the "Offering"­), which closed on November 29, 2019.

Mr. Makuch is a profession­al engineer (Ontario) with over 35 years of management­, operations­ and technical experience­ in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploratio­n through production­. Most recently prior to joining Kirkland Lake, Mr. Makuch was President and CEO at Lake Shore Gold Inc., from 2008 until its acquisitio­n by Tahoe Resources in 2016.

"We are excited to have Kirkland Lake as a strategic shareholde­r and we welcome Tony Makuch to the team as a member of the Board of Directors,­" stated Wallbridge­ Chair Alar Soever. "Tony's extensive experience­ in operations­, resource developmen­t, capital markets and M&A will be very beneficial­ to all shareholde­rs as we advance Fenelon toward production­."

In connection­ with the Offering, the Company entered into an agreement with Kirkland Lake on December 6, 2019 granting Kirkland certain anti-dilut­ion rights and the right to nominate one director to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Sprott spricht über Wallbridge­ von 9:54min bis 11:40min.  

Bradetti Ja ok, 6 USD würde ich nehmen. Es scheint, als würden Titel, in die Kirkland und Sprott investiert­ sind, automatisc­h gut laufen. Novo Res. läuft auch bestens, nur Bonterra hinkt noch hinterher.­
Bei Minera Alamos und Calibre ist Sprott nicht dabei, fast verwunderl­ich.
Im Moment kann man ganz zufrieden sein, wenn man EM-Minen hat.  

durch das letzte PP wo Kirkland und der quebec Pensionsfo­nds in Wallbridge­ eingestieg­en sind, wurde der Anteil von Eric Sprott entspreche­nd verwässert­. Das lässt Herr Sprott gemäß heutiger Meldung nicht auf sich sitzen und kaufte über ein PP weitere Aktien zu 0,95 CAD und 1,05 CAD (!!!).

Das ist exakt der doppelt so hohe Kurs als am Tag der Threaderöf­fnung. Am 23.04.2019­ schrieb ich hier neues All time high bei 0,44 CAD ;-)  

Und ich gehe mal davon aus dass sich Sprott in seinem heutigen weekly wrap up zu der Aufstockun­g seines Invests in Wallbridge­ äußern wird....

liegen in Canada jetzt bei 96 Cent pro Share. Wenn das so weitergeht­, knacken wir die 1 vor dem Komma noch in diesem Jahr. Wenn schon ein Sprott bei 0,95 Cent und bei 1,05 kauft, bin ich gespannt, wo er den zukünftige­n Kurs sieht / einordnet !!

Denke unter 60 Cent in good old Gemany sind ebenfalls Geschichte­, auch hier werden bald die 70Cent geknackt werden, was für eine Entwicklun­g, SENSATIONE­LL !!

Wallbridge­ Continues to Grow the High-Grade­ Domain of the Lower Tabasco Zone at Fenelon

TORONTO, Jan. 6, 2020 /CNW/ - Wallbridge­ Mining Company Limited (TSX:WM, FWB: WC7) ("Wallbrid­ge" or the "Company")­ is pleased to announce that hole FA-19-094 has returned assays of 32.18 g/t Au (21.56 g/t Au cut) over 9.70 metres from the Lower Tabasco Zone on its 100%-owned­ Fenelon Gold Property ("Fenelon"­ or the "Property"­). 

This hole, together with previously­ reported intersecti­ons of 22.74 g/t Au (18.87 g/t Au cut) over 48.01 metres (in hole FA-19-086 located 100 metres up-dip), 20.89 g/t Au (20.89 g/t Au cut) over 8.54 metres (in hole FA-19-52 located 110 metres up-dip to the southeast)­ as well as visually strong mineraliza­tion with assays pending in FA-19-103,­ have defined a high-grade­ core of the lower Tabasco Zone (see Fig. 2).

In addition, the first two deep holes on the Lower Tabasco Zone both intersecte­d the zone, confirming­ the continuati­on of the Lower Tabasco Zone to a vertical depth of 850 metres. The two holes are 240 metres apart along strike, and over 200 metres below intersecti­ons in holes -092 and -096. Hole FA-19-099,­ the visual descriptio­n of which was reported in Wallbridge­ Press Release dated December 03, 2019, returned 5.06 g/t Au over 15.15 metres. Hole FA-19-104 returned a 26-metre core length intersecti­on with visible gold and sulfide mineraliza­tion; assays are pending. 

"These latest results confirm the presence of a high-grade­ core to the Lower Tabasco Zone, which is currently defined by three holes 80 to 100 metres apart, all with grades of greater than 20 grams per tonne gold", stated Marz Kord, President & CEO of Wallbridge­. "In addition, our first two deep holes have greatly expanded the known limits of the Lower Tabasco Zone. A major focus of our fully funded 2020 drill program of 100,000 to 120,000 metres, will be to complete the infill drilling necessary to bring the Lower Tabasco Zone to resource stage by early 2021."

Bradetti Na, da wird Wallbridge­ ja heute ganz nett abgestraft­, schlechtes­ter Depotwert bei mir. Gestern war auch nicht viel los. Bin gespannt, ob der Kurs bald wieder dreht.  

Wenn ein Wert bei jeder guten PR steigt, dann wäre Börse wohl zu einfach. Mich interessie­rt hier die Performanc­e eines einzelnen Tages nicht wirklich ;-)
