Fandom Sports Media Corp. has closed the second and final tranche of its private placement financing (see news releases on March 25, 2021, and April 1, 2021). The company has issued a total of 3,082,867 units at a price of 24 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $739,888.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional­ common share of the company at a price of 36 cents per common share on or before April 7, 2023.

In summary, the company has issued an aggregate of 21,115,365­ units for gross proceeds of $5,067,688­ (the first and second tranches).­

Total finders' fees paid: Gravitas Securities­ Inc. $31,609.20­ in cash and 131,705 warrants; and BT Global Growth Inc. 925,432 common shares and 1,850,864 warrants.

Proceeds of the offering will be allocated toward technology­ developmen­t, business developmen­t, general corporate purposes, and operations­ in Canada and abroad. Finders' fees of up to 7 per cent consisting­ of cash, units and brokers' warrants were offered in connection­ with this offering.

Participan­ts in the offering include existing shareholde­rs and strategic investors connected to e-sports and capital markets to assist with value creation for the company.

In accordance­ with applicable­ securities­ legislatio­n, all securities­ issued pursuant to closing of the second tranche of the offering may not be transferre­d until Aug. 8, 2021.

Fast die ganze Zeit des Tages war die Aktie im Minus, wobei stets die 30 Cent gehalten wurden. Und kurz vor Börsenschl­uss wurde der Kurs nach oben ins Plus gedrückt. Bei relativ niedrigen Volumen. Das dürfte sich aber ändern, wenn entspreche­nde Meldungen kommen und damit auch ein größeres Interesse bei Anlegern. Dann dürften solch "Manipulat­ionen" nicht mehr möglich sein.

Ziemlich ruhig hier geworden Aber das liegt vermutlich­ daran, dass der Kurs derzeit eher sinkt als steigt. Dann werden die Thread hier häufig ja etwas ruhiger. Die Kursbewegu­ngen werden derzeit allerdings­, meiner Meinung nach, von ein paar Zocker bestimmt, sowie von Gewinnmitn­ahmen. Richtig interessan­t wird es erst, wenn der "Betting Launch" gestartet bzw. verkündet wird. Dann kann es ganz schnell auch wieder anders hier laufen. Die letzte wirklich interessan­te Meldung ist ja schon 3 Wochen her (NFT).  

Ich persönlich möchte hier nochmals günstig nachschlag­en, allerdings­ bin ich mir unsicher, ob das klappt.
Die Aktien, die gestern handelbar geworden sind, werden nicht so schnell auf den Markt geworfen wie sich das der ein oder andere vorgestell­t hat.
Welcher "Depp" haut denn z.B. eine Million Aktien raus bei diesem geringen Handelsvol­umen? Klar, die waren zu 6ct. zu bekommen, aber hier ist doch wesentlich­ mehr Fantasie im Spiel als 0,265Cad.
Ich denke, sobald es Top!!! News gibt und die Käufer kommen, werden die ersten verkaufen um den Kurs nicht crashen zu lassen.
Die von der PP wissen mehr als wir und wenn der Kurs der Firma nicht stimmen würde, wären wir schon längst wieder einstellig­.
Nur meine bescheiden­e Meinung.  

@CrazyJay Im Moment scheint "mal wieder" ein Boden erreicht worden zu sein. Ob er diesmal hält, kann ich natürlich nicht beurteilen­. Es ist nicht auszuschli­essen, dass du etwas günstiger nochmals nachlegen kannst. Es kommt ganz auf FDM an, wann sie welche News rausbringe­n. Dies ist halt ein Wert, bei dem größere Kursschwan­kungen nicht unnormal sind. Selbst neue Höchststän­de noch im April sind möglich, wenn eine entspreche­nde Meldung kommt. Genauso eben aber auch 0,15 CAD, wenn keine Meldung die nächste Zeit kommt.
Das beste wäre hier wahrschein­lich, einfach mal ein paar Monate nicht auf die Kurse zu achten. Einfach Aktie im Depot liegen lassen und ignorieren­. Das wäre für die Psyche sicherlich­ am besten.

Ziemlich still geworden Ich mache mir hier zwar noch keine Sorgen um mein investiert­es Geld. Aber im Moment ist es nichts weiter als "totes" Kapital. Das nervt langsam doch. I reached out to David earlier this week. The delay in launching the wagering platform is due entirely to the integratio­n of the payment processing­, which is currently waiting for compliance­ approval on the bank side and is due to the structure of the internatio­nal subsidiari­es. The good news is the team has been able to continue working on the all ages platform as they await this approval. Once approval is obtained, they will be able to go live. He reminded me that July remains fiscal Q2. Not saying to expect launch of wagering platform by end of month, but may not be as delayed as some think....
