(Nasdaq: TNXP) (Tonix or the Company) announced today that Seth Lederman, M.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Tonix, will be conducting a virtual presentation in conjunction with the Planet MicroCap Showcase Virtual Investor Conference on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. ET.
In addition, Dr. Lederman will participate in a MicroCap Investing Workshop panel discussion titled, “Potential Solutions for Addressing the Coronavirus Pandemic,” scheduled from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET, Tuesday, April 21, 2020.

Praesentation sind nicht so die Knueller News, insbesondere nicht vom CEO von Tonix. Der letzte Vortrag war zum Einschlafen. Ausserdem haben die den Zeitplan fuer die Ergebnisse der Studien zeitlich nach hinten verschoben. D.h. laenger auf Ergebnisse warten. Denke nicht, dass es hier in naechster Zeit deutlich hoeher geht.

Darum gehts ja nicht
Es geht ja nicht darum, dass die Ergebnisse sich nach hinten verschieben. Das wird vielen Unternehmen so gegen, dass Verzögerungen auftreten. Bin eher besorgt, dass ja nicht einmal News kamen, dass Tonix ihren COVID Kandidaten überhaupt schon hergestellt haben. Die sind nicht ready den zu testen. Seit Monaten wartet man auf die Entwicklung bei Southern Research. Nichts, keine Updates, stattdessen langweilige Investorkonferenzen von Seth und mysteriöse 150m mix shelf files. Die kommen nicht in die Gänge.

Bei den Kursen kannst nur nach oben gehen. Aber dann bitte vor 2021. DIe verpennen doch gerade deren Moeglichkeit. Schauen wir uns den Trend an, gings seit Jahren nur runter. Was hat Tonix denn das letzte Mal vermarktet? Das Projekt mit der Army wurde auch beendet ohne Produkt. Seth gibt langweilige Investorkonferenzen, die an langatmigen Geschichtsunterricht erinnern. Seit Wochen keine News. Bei Southern Research auch Funkstille. Am Freitag Treffen der Shareholders. Wenn morgen nichts kommt an News wird der Kurs nie ueber 1$ gehen um im Nasdaq gelistet zu bleiben. Als ob die Shareholders noch nteresse haetten bei den unterirdischen Kurs hier.

Southern Research hat 2016 das letzte mal etwas gegen eine Infektionskrankheit entwickelt. Davor war es 2009, dass sie eine neues Medikament entwickelt haben. Das gibt natuerlich Hoffnung.... Man sieht sich 2022 bei 0.7$

Hahah, tja da ist dein Hype wohl schon vorbei... Zurueck zu den geliebten 70s cents. Hier steckt nur heisse Luft hinter. Der CEO ist ein Witz, so viele Reverse Splits schon durchgefuehrt in der Vergangenheit. Und tja die 98% Minus seit Gruendung sprechen fuer sich. Koennte mir sogar vorstellen, dass ganze Covid 19 Gefasel ist fake, haben wir ja bereits bei einigen Unternehmen gesehen. Vermarktet wurde hier auch nichts. Jetzt gibt es ein Meeting im Juni, statt 150m sollen 400m fliessen. Ich wette bis dahin kommen immer noch keine News, ausser Verwaesserung und R/S

NEW YORK, May 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: TNXP) (Tonix or the Company), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, and the University of Alberta, a leading Canadian research university, announced today a new research collaboration and exclusive licensing agreement for three new vaccines for the prevention of COVID-19, the novel coronavirus disease identified in 2019 which is caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus. The new collaboration will develop three new potential vaccines to protect against COVID-19 based on the horsepox vector platform, but designed to express different SARS-CoV-2 antigens than TNX-1800, which is designed to express SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein.
“We are excited to expand our pipeline and look forward to developing three additional potential vaccines, TNX-1810, TNX-1820 and TNX-1830 to protect against COVID-19,” said Seth Lederman, M.D., Tonix's President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are delighted to extend our relationship with David Evans, Ph.D., FCAHS, Professor and former Vice-Dean (Research) Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Alberta and principal investigator of the TNX-1810, TNX-1820 and TNX-1830 research project, and Ryan Noyce, Ph.D., Research Associate in Professor Evans’ laboratory at the University of Alberta. Drs. Evans and Noyce synthesized horsepox, which is now our TNX-801 potential vaccine for smallpox and monkeypox. Horsepox is the vector system that is the backbone of the TNX-1800 vaccine that is designed to express the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, which Tonix is developing for the prevention of COVID-19 in collaboration with the Southern Research Institute. TNX-1810, TNX-1820 and TNX-1830 are in the Pre-Investigational New Drug (IND) application stage of development.
