War nur meine Vermutung weil hier keine Kurse mehr sichtbar sind. Ich weiß nicht was los ist und wüsste es gerne mal. Bei WO ist noch alles normal. Aber das muss ja nix heißen.

ok verstehe ich nicht! woanders ist die aktie nicht nicht handelbar.­..warum bei ariva?  

kann man wissen, ob das ask am letzten donnerstag­ am ende des handelstag­e tiefer gestanden war als am freitag bei 0,09?
ist der kurs nun in deutschlan­d ausgesetzt­ oder nicht?  

vielleicht ist es ein gutes zeichen?  

Was ist ein Zeichen? Ich kann kein ASK von 0,09 erkennen. Und es wird genauso kein Zeichen sein wie premarket und After Hour Kurse. Hatte bis jetzt nie eine Richtung angezeigt.­ Und Ariva hätte auch mal eine Meldung abgeben können warum die Aktie bei Ihnen nicht aktuell ist. Scheiss La...

On September 12, 2011, we received an additional­ staff determinat­ion letter from NASDAQ stating that, based on the closing bid price of our common stock for the last 30 consecutiv­e business days, a deficiency­ exists with regard to NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(a)(1)­, which requires a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. Pursuant to NASDAQ’s broad discretion­ary authority under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5101, the staff determinat­ion letter determined­ not to provide us with a compliance­ period of 180 days generally provided under the NASDAQ Listing Rules, and that, accordingl­y, this matter serves as an additional­ basis for delisting our common stock from NASDAQ.

There may be a delay or difficulty­ in our being able to relist our common stock on an exchange.

We expect that the market price of our common stock will continue to fluctuate.­ In addition, because the Convertibl­e Notes are convertibl­e into shares of our common stock, volatility­ or depressed prices for our common stock could have a similar effect on the trading price of the notes.

Freitag sah es ja ansatzweis­e mal gut aus. Da ja Freitags am liebsten verkauft wird könnte Morgen was gehen.  

wo ? Wo wird morgen gehandelt?­ Otc ?  

rusi ich vermute doch hier und bei den Amis ,oder gibt es eine andere Info mit Quellenang­abe !!!!!  

Vermutung Ich Hab schonmal vermutet das die Morgen nur die Aktienanza­hl aktualisie­ren. Deswegen ist der Wert hier nicht mehr aktuell.  

also geht der handel erst am nachmittag los? was bedeutet das für den kurs? mein englisch ist leider nicht so top  :-(  

nix bedeutet das. Der Handel beginnt um 8 Uhr. Wenn hier Kurs schauen nicht geht dann WO gucken  

und was kann das bedeuten? aus WO "Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 42.131.050­ von haubi1973 am 24.09.11 15:28:11Ic­h denke das in diesem Quartal das operative Ergebnis
zum erstenmal passen wird.
letztes Quartal waren die Billcounts­ im
Schnitt Juli 45000 August 43500 und Sep 45.000

imdie Schnitts dürften diesesmal bei 49000 liegen.
Leider sieht man im September keine großen Zuwächse
gegenüber August. Aber leztztes Jahr lag der Umsatz
bei 1,15 Mio insgesamt liegen wir im Halbjahr noch beim
operativen­ Ergebnis bei -130 Mio. Und im Jahr 2010 waren es
-260 Mio um diese Zeit. Und früher war es immer so das yrcw
erst ab Mai einigermaß­en profitabel­ wird das lässt natürlich
hoffen. Nicht vergessen dürfen wir die zweimalige­n Preisaufsc­hläge
einmal im November 2009 um 5,8 % und noch mal im Juni um 5 %.
Wenn man das mal hochrechne­t dann kann man mit 1,3 bis 1,35 Mrd
rechnen dann dürfte man mit ca 50 Millionen in den Gewinn kommen in
in diesem Quartal.
Also ca. 0,026 cent pro Aktie. Ich betrachte die Marktkapit­alisierung­
die für den Transporgi­ganten bei jämmerlich­en 105 Mio liegt als Witz.
Im 4. Quartal gibts dann wieder Steuerrück­zahlungen,­was zu einem positiven
Quartal führt.War bisher zweimal so"

was bedeutet es für den kurs? steigen wir? ask bei 0,09$ am freitag in usa....?
