dass die eine unbezahlte Rechnung über 25K USD oder so rumliegen haben. Wie lange kann man seine Rechnungen nicht bezahlen, ohne das einem die Gläubiger in den „A“ treten? 3, 4, 6 Wochen?
Auch ist natürlich nicht sicher dass diese Geldspritze kommt, doch wäre dieser Umstand keine Spekulation, würde ich mich (als Spekulant) nicht für ein solches Unternehmen interessieren.

war, dass CNEX keine Lizenzen besitzt, keine Forschung und Produktentwicklung betreibt (weder selber noch durch dritte... jedenfalls mit dem Ziel ein SMD-Detektor zu bauen) und auch kein Interesse daran hat, keinerlei Kontakt mit staatlichen Institutionen besitzt, kein Cash hat, keine Mitarbeiter (bis auf die besagten zwei) besitzt, über keine Erfahrung auf ihrem Gebiet verfügt... CNEX am Ende praktisch nichts ist, als eine Story, die dazu dient, den ahnungslosen Anlegern auf nimmer Wiedersehen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Schau dir doch mal andere derartige OTCs an... wenn die aktuelle Story nicht mehr zieht, dann wechseln sie eben einfach das Thema. Vielleicht fördert CNEX morgen Diamanten am Nordpol... oder ähnliches.

Solche Firmen entstehen meist folgendermaßen: Ein Mensch arbeitet z.B. in einem Labor. Sein Arbeitsvertrag besagt, dass sollte er eine Entdeckung machen, am Patent beteiligt wird. Nach dem Ausscheiden aus seinem Früheren Unernehmen, wird er (da er ja kein alleiniger Besitzer des Patents ist) mit dem Alleinvermarktungsrecht abgefunden
Oder eine Firma entdeckt etwas wehrend der Forschungsarbeit und so zu sagen als Bonus, verkauft man das Exklusivvermarktungsrecht an den Meistbietenden.
Und ja ich gebe Dir recht, bei solchen Firmen wir manipuliert und gezockt „was das Zeug hält“.

Noch einmal ganz klar gesagt: Genau wissen kann man bei Aktien nie etwas. Der eine manipuliert die Bilanz, der andere lässt sich die Altersversorgung durch die Aktionäre bezahlen, der Dritte wiederum verdient als CEO an der Fusion mit einer feindlichen Firma Milliarden. Was weiß ich schon, ob Centrex nicht nur eine Geschichte ist, so wie Du sagst. Gegen Geschichten habe ich im Grunde genommen nichts, wichtig ist mir nur, dass möglichst viel dran glauben. Die Bibel z.B. hat sich Millionenfach verkauft, für mich als Atheisten eine gute Geschichte, doch nicht nachprüfbar.(Ich hoffe Du verzeiht mir diesen blasphemischen Vergleich.) Noch was, Cnex ist natürlich kein „value investment“ würde ich mich für derartiges interessieren, würde ich Alstom oder Fiat kaufen!

warum steigt centrex in diesen tagen nicht ???
in den katastrophengebieten in südostasien ist die seuchengefahr derzeit sehr gross. centrex kann mittels einem blitzschnellen verfahrens wasser auf tödliche bakterien wie cholera untersuchen. da in den gebieten trinkwasser mangelware ist, könnte centrex nun in den anlegerfokus geraten.

ohne Moos nix los
lest euch doch mal den am 22.12.04 veröffentlichten Bericht zum 3. Quartal durch. Dort kann man unschwer einen Eindruck davon bekommen in welcher Klemme Centrex zur Zeit steckt. Sie haben kein Geld für nix und stehen kurz davor, dass ihnen auch noch die Lizenz für ihr zukünftiges Produkt entzogen wird.
Auch alle anderen Umstände sind depremierend und man kann davon ausgehen, dass demnächst das Licht abgeschaltet wird.

abgezeichnet und wundert mich absolut nicht!
Hatte diesen Zockerwert auch mal im Depot - bin zum Glück noch rechzeitig raus!
Hier wird nicht mehr sehr viel großes kommen. Geben halt wieder mal ein paar Aktien aus um das Gehalt des CEO zu bezahlen und das wars dann.
