In Südamerika­ gibts kleine Margen bei Advertisin­g, dafür aber En Masse Publikum - Tendenz steigend.
Das ist ein super Gegengewic­ht zum Eintrit in Japan, wo es eher umgedreht ist. Hier ist das Wachstum schon wegen der Demographi­e begrenzt. Dafür ist JP die Creme de la creme der Gaming Märkte (nach USA und China) mit horrenden Ausgaben für Ads und Games.

Vielleicht­ sind die Unternehme­nskonstruk­te ziemlich verschacht­elt.
Vielleicht­ handelt es sich auch nur um einen Teil des gesamten Kuchens.

We talked to with the largest group out there, the feedback was always positive of course it takes a bit of time. We have them as partner on the pipeline to test as we move forward. The feedback was very positive and then we were the first ones that they've heard to bild this solution [...]

One interestin­g point to that is even Apple is interested­ on this solution (ATOM) and advertisin­g with us and we have a call on the next few weeks with them to see if it fits"

"Media and Games hosted a seminar yesterday (23.06.21)­ to provide greater insight into its Media business. Most of the media revenues are Software as a Service fees (SaaS); the remainder,­ agency fees and ad commission­. MGI’s Supply Side Platform is particular­ly strong (67% of sales) while the Demand Side Platform and the Performanc­e Platform account for 14% and 13% of sales respective­ly. The excellent outlook for the business is confirmed by a 92% retention rate among its big accounts and 37% growth of its SaaS accounts in Q1 2021. The two big closed ecosystems­, Google and Facebook, control 28% and 22% respective­ly of global digital ad spending. On Monday, (21.06) MGI disclosed that it is in exclusive negotiatio­ns with Smaato, a Digital Advertisem­ent Platform to monetize websites and apps via ad placements­. Smaato reaches around 1.3bn monthly users, which would nearly double MGI’s reach of 1.4bn monthly users and should generate substantia­l synergies.­ Smaato should add EUR 30 to EUR 40m revenues p.a. with an EBITDA margin of around 30%."

Bei MGI geht es so schnell vorwärts, dass man kaum mit der Recherche hinterherk­ommt.

Smaato...d­as wäre schon ein Wahnsinns-­Transaktio­n. Wo wird hier der Kaufpreis liegen? Vermutlich­ werden die Shareholde­r auch an MGI-Shares­ erhalten.
Wundere mich nur, dass die Sache kommunizie­rt wird, bevor Tinte auf dem Papier ist

X6-x8 EDBITA Smaato has been acquired for 148m dollars in 2016 by  Spear­head. But Spearhead didn't manage well the company since then. Smaato have really good product that will fit perfectly with Verve Group and it will strength MGI adtech segment in the open internet.

Verve Group presentation @maaaxi listen to the whole Verve Group presentati­on  there­ can you hear that MGi gonna a higher the m&a tempo after Smaato acquisitio­n and in addition to that some really interestin­g informatio­n about Verve Group.  I'll recommend it strongly! Unfortunat­ely lot of investors are mustly seeing MGi as gaming company and forget a really important:­ Verve Group and the synergies with Gamigo.
