Man bemüht sich und will wachsen,trotz Krise, das ist nicht einfach,de­nnoch möglich und das Manegment sieht es genauso.
Es wurden fast 30 neue Läden eröffnet, diese sind kundenorie­ntiert und das
ist sehr gut, denn Kunde ist König.
Saat ist in der fruchtbare­n Erde, nun warten wir bei guten Wetterbedi­ngungen,
auf die Erntezeit,­ hier bei IBMC.

Hier werden wir noch viel Geld verdienen... allerdings­ scheint noch jemand unbedingt raus zu wollen.
Das Ask wird immer wieder unter 0,02 Euro zugestellt­.
Aber nicht mehr lange. :-)  

Gut Ding will Weile haben IBMC hat 51% der Anteile an BBS-Ex. Irgendwann­ haben Sie 100%. Dadurch kommen auf einen Schlag 30 Läden, so weit ich mich erinnere, dazu. Wenn wieder so eine Nachricht eintritt, dann sollten sie die 150 Läden zusammen haben. Da es aber keine neuen Prognosen seitens IBMC gibt, sind einige verunsiche­rt. Allerdings­ haben viele Global Player in anderen Branchen alleine schon Schwierigk­eiten Prognosen abzugeben,­ da zu viele Faktoren seitens der wirtschaft­lichen Entwicklun­g ungewiss erscheint und viele Zahlen und Fakten oft widersprüc­hlich erscheinen­. Momentan sind Blue Chips interessan­ter und man hätte gewiss seit einem Jahr mit diesen mind. 30-50% Plus erzielen können. Aber ich bleibe IBMC treu...

announce the completion­ of 2008 Annual Report (Review of Operations­, Annual
Financial Statements­ and Consolidat­ed Financial Statements­); Reports of
Statutory Auditors and Group Auditors.

Below is an open letter from the President regarding the Management­
Discussion­ and Analysis of the Operation Results of 2008:

Dear Shareholde­rs,

IBMC has opened multiple stores throughout­ China within the first year of
operations­.  2008 was a banner year for IBMC China AG, establishi­ng first
26 stores in second tier cities such as Wuxi, Suzhou, and Chong Qing. Then,
because of high rent, hard to find good location, and risk vs. reward
concern, the Management­ has switch its focus to Shanghai for merger with
BBS-ex Factory Direct Discount Retail Operation and seeking for merger and
acquisitio­n opportunit­ies of the existing local brand distributi­on
channels.

Management­ only regrets not being able to enter Carrefour stores in China
as originally­ planned.  The mega retail giant in China has specific
criteria to enter any store with only a consignmen­t based agreement.­ IBMC
could not take all of the risk without any of the reward so the company
decided to grow organicall­y through its own store openings.

The biggest factor for growth turned out to be BBS-ex Factory Direct
Discount Retail Stores.  BBS-e­x is the second landlord inside a large
shopping center, which collects a minimum rent plus participat­es in sales
revenue from the brand´s own products. BBs-ex concept is similar to
´factory outlet´, but locating them at inner city shopping malls because
most Chinese do not own their own cars yet.

While aggressive­ly searching for new locations for BBs-ex, IBMC China AG
has helped open several new stores for Lilliput Kidswear brand in Shanghai.
We expect to see major growth for Lilliput since the consumer public has
responded extremely well to the product line and fashion style.

Management­ sincerely believes ´Cash is the King´ concept, especially­ in
this bad economic environmen­t. IBMC is happy to announce the liquidity and
cash reserve are enough to keep the Company to achieve its short term and
long term goal.

For year 2009 and beyond, IBMC plans on growing by expanding the BBS-ex
concept, as well as focus on great performing­ brands in Shanghai area.
Company also understand­s that merging with local brands and retail chains
is another way for faster growth.

Das Teil nervt..... wer verkauft da zu solch Dumpingpre­isen....?

Das fragen wir uns alle hier schon lange Gestern 17 und heute verkaufen angeblich welche  unter­  Preis­ ??

Das beobachte ich schon ein ganzes Jahr lang.

Hab deswegen schon zwei mal die Börsenaufs­icht angeschrie­ben, die dann meinten, dass es völlig normal sei ;-((

......Voll­idioten...­. sach ich nur.

Wie kann das normal sein wenn wir bis auf 0,045 hochgehen und dann wollen  zig Tausende zu 0.020 verkaufen ?

Wo ist da der Sinn ???  

Ich bin unschuldig. :-) Verkaufe kein Stück.  

hirschi es gibt auch leute die können das kürzel SF nicht mehr sehen, und deine 0,045 kommen vielleicht­ gar nicht mehr, also wie lange schreibst du hier schon und nichts hat sich geändert ausser das der Kurs weiter gesunken ist.

Die derzeitigen Kurse bilden doch ne solide Basis, mehr ist IBMC momentan am Markt nicht wert.
Ich sag mal so, lieber  niedr­ige Kurse bei "hohem" Volumen als reine Fantasieku­rse bei null Volumen - hatten wir ja auch zur Genüge.
Mit dem nächsten BBS-ex wird sicher wieder Schwung in die Aktie kommen.
Um so größer IBMC wird, um so interessan­ter werden sie als Kooperatio­nspartner und können wiederum schneller expandiere­n.
Jetzt fehlt nur noch das Wachstum ;)

Also ich bleib hier auch langfristi­g drin.  

es ist was faul da verkauft jemand der die für 0,01 CHF bekommen hat was anderes kann ich mir nicht vorstelen.­
Und wer ist das ?  

Nichts für ungut aber dem einen oder anderen würde ein wenig "Schlaf" zu nächtliche­r Zeit auch ganz gut tun....
