Wir können nur hoffen, dass Judge Grewal seine Entscheidung zur KD vor dem 19. Mai kundtut, um diese Baustelle geschlossen zu haben, bevor er sich der 749-Baustelle zuwenden muss - aber eine gesetzliche Vorgabe dazu gibt es nicht.
Zudem können wir ebenfalls nur hoffen, dass die Zeit, die sich JG für seine Entscheidung nimmt (sofern er sie sich tatsächlich nimmt und nicht schlichtweg bis obenhin voll mit Arbeit ist, so dass er einfach nicht dazu kommt), ein Beleg dafür ist, dass er ein grundlegendes und quasi unangreifbares Urteil zur KD abgibt.
Und dann können wir noch mal hoffen, dass dieses Urteil die KD verwirft.
Aber wie wir ja alle hier wissen, geht es schon lange nicht mehr um irgendwelche Investment-Abwägungen bei PTSC, sondern um das reine Hoffen - am besten auf ein Wunder...
Zudem können wir ebenfalls nur hoffen, dass die Zeit, die sich JG für seine Entscheidung nimmt (sofern er sie sich tatsächlich nimmt und nicht schlichtweg bis obenhin voll mit Arbeit ist, so dass er einfach nicht dazu kommt), ein Beleg dafür ist, dass er ein grundlegendes und quasi unangreifbares Urteil zur KD abgibt.

Ehrlich gesagt bezieht sich nach dem Gesetz. Wir haben zu viele Gesetze, die es von sehr diffuct fast impoosible zum Erfinder gemacht haben, seine oder ihre Patent zu verteidigen.
Wenn Ethisch getan kann einen besseren Weg, es zu sagen. Big Business muss aufhören zu stehlen die Ideen anderer! Aber, was sind die Chancen, was geschehen wird? Würden wir besser dran Leckrone hatte Ethik sein? Wie abour Mitglieder unserer BOD? Irgendwo auf dem Weg "Ethik" wurde zur Seite geschoben.

Das Verhaltes des Managements ist schon sehr clever. MIt diesen Optionen gehen sie kein Risiko ein. Sie haben sehr lange gewartet, anders als die Aktionäre, die auf negativen Kontoständen sitzen.
Witzig auch, dass sie sich von den Aktionären fürstlich entlohnen lassen, prima Gehalt und ein Zock, bei dem sie auf der sicheren Seite sind.

Effective May 15, 2015, the joint venture of Patriot Scientific Corporation (the "Company") and Technology Properties Limited LLC ("TPL"), known as Phoenix Digital Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("PDS"), terminated the Amended Alliacense Services and Novation Agreement effective July 24, 2014 (the "Agreement") between PDS and Alliacense Limited LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Alliacense").
Under the Agreement, Alliacense was one of two companies that assist PDS with commercializing the Moore Microprocessor Patent portfolio (the "MMP Portfolio") through licensing and litigation on behalf of PDS, TPL, and the Company. The Agreement sets forth Alliacense's obligations and compensation in connection with its activities with respect to the MMP Portfolio. PDS terminated the Agreement due to Alliacense's failure to comply with its obligations under the Agreement.
The other licensing company, Dominion Harbor Group, LLC, continues to assist PDS with commercialization of the MMP Portfolio.
