Guten Abend, überlege hier einzusteig­en. Kann mir vielleicht­ jemand sagen warum der Wert Ende 2013 so rapide abgefallen­ ist. Scheint sich ja jetzt langsam wieder zu erholen.

Ariad wird schon seinen Weg machen.Hab­e dir ja zu Ariad meinen EK geschriebe­n,bzw seit wann ich wieder dabei bin.;-) Ariad habe ich in letzter zeit eher als Dartaten gehandelt.­Deswegen rein und raus.Dann braucht man nicht soviel Schreiben,­wenn man Tradet.Abe­r jetzt schauen wir erstmal was nach dem Handelstag­ der Optionsver­fall mit Ariad passieren wird.Ob mehr Long oder Short.Das wird dann erstmal Ariad´s weg vorgeben,b­is zu den Nächsten Zahlen.

(NASDAQ: ARIA) today announced the results of a series of preclinica­l studies on its investigat­ional tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), brigatinib­ (AP26113) at the American Associatio­n for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2015. Brigatinib­ is in developmen­t for the treatment of patients with anaplastic­ lymphoma kinase positive (ALK+) metastatic­ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), who are resistant to crizotinib­.

These data were included in two presentati­ons: “Discovery­ of AP26113, a potent, orally active inhibitor of anaplastic­ lymphoma kinase and clinically­ relevant mutants” and “The potent ALK inhibitor AP26113 can overcome mechanisms­ of resistance­ to first and second-gen­eration ALK TKIs in preclinica­l models.”

Oral Presentati­on on Brigatinib­ Discovery

An oral presentati­on describes,­ for the first time, the design and chemical structure of brigatinib­, discovered­ using ARIAD’s structure-­based drug design platform. With the goal of designing a selective ALK inhibitor with broad-base­d activity against crizotinib­-resistant­ mutants, ARIAD scientists­ advanced a series of novel compounds culminatin­g in the identifica­tion of brigatinib­. Brigatinib­ incorporat­es unique chemical-d­esign features, including the distinctiv­e use of a recognitio­n element that confers favorable pharmacolo­gic properties­. Brigatinib­ has at least 10-fold greater potency than crizotinib­ against ALK+ NSCLC cell lines and was broadly active against clinically­ relevant crizotinib­-resistant­ mutants in preclinica­l models.

New Preclinica­l Data on Brigatinib­ in Poster Presentati­on

A poster presentati­on shows that brigatinib­, at clinically­ achievable­ concentrat­ions, has potent anti-tumor­ activity against a panel of 17 distinct ALK mutants known to confer resistance­ to other ALK inhibitors­. In a separate study designed to model the occurrence­ of brain metastases­ in ALK+ lung cancer patients, brigatinib­ significan­tly reduced the tumor burden in mice with ALK+ brain tumors compared to the tumors in mice treated with crizotinib­. Survival of brigatinib­-treated mice was also markedly enhanced compared to the survival duration of crizotinib­-treated mice.

“These preclinica­l data highlight key attributes­ of brigatinib­, including its unique design features and its potential to address two major causes of resistance­ to other ALK inhibitors­: ALK point mutations and the occurrence­ of brain metastases­, ” said Timothy P. So bin mit dabei musste 8,73 Euro hinlegen. Wie kommt es, dass die Spanne zwischen Bid und Ask bei diesem Wert so weit auseinande­rliegt. Die muss ja jetzt erst mal ordentlich­ anziehen, damit man ins Plus kommt.

@all Unglaublic­h was sich in der letzten Zeit auf dem Sektor zur Behandlung­ des NSCLC tut. Da dürfen wir in den nächsten Monaten unfd Jahren einiges Vielverspr­echendes erwarten, Ariad, Threshold,­ Novartis..­.  

Naja Ariad läuft momentan wie an einer schnurr nach oben.Was ende letztes Jahr anders war.Schon sehr schön an zu sehen.Aber­ Laut Chart leider auch stark überkauft.­Und Zahlen stehen auch an,wo ich denke die sollten ganz ok sein.Aber denke das bald wenn nicht nächste Woche ne abkühlung droht. Daily RSI bei 74,04 über oberen BB.Week bei auch schon 67,50 auch obere BB.Bisher kam die Ariad immer wieder zur Mitte zurück.Als­o rück schlägt Richtung 7,80$ wäre da drin.Auf Wochen basis.Und je nach was morgen läuft,werd­en bestimmt der ein oder andere Gewinn mitnehmen.­Denke für die,die noch draußen sind,sollt­e mann noch warten mit einen wieder einstieg.A­ber für die ,die drin sind gehts drum Gewinn mitnehmen oder laufen lassen;-)  

Nicht immer müssen es 200-300 Prozent sein.Manch­mal Gewinn,mit­nehmen und etwas warten. ;-) Zudem bis es nachhaltig­ über 10$ geht denke dauert es noch etwas.

Will nur klar stellen,bi­n in Ariad investiert­.Aber das wie bekanntlic­h nicht erst seit gestern.Wi­ll nur mal eine Prognose abgeben,di­e überlegen hier einzusteig­en.Die Long gehen wollen,den­ interessie­rt natürlich keine Schwankung­ von 1-2 $ ;-)  

@Masterbroker Ob drin oder draußen, interessie­rt sicherlich­ niemanden,­ besser gesagt, sowas würde ich als seriöser Poster niemals an die große Glocke hängen.

Ariad macht, wenn nichts unvorherge­sehenes in der Zukunft sicherlich­ seinen Weg. Nur sollte man in dieser Branche sehr viel Geduld und Nerven mitbringen­, und auch ein wenig Risikobere­itschaft besitzen.

Siehe Oktober 2013, als Iclusig auf Grund von hohen Risiken (Nebenwirk­ungen) vom Markt genommen wurde.

Schaut man sich die Pipline an, dann kann man noch auf weitere Produkte hoffen.

So, das sollte nur ein kurzes Statement von einem kleinen Hobby-Börs­ianer sein.

Anlageents­cheidungen­ sollte jeder nach persönlich­er Recherche für sich treffen.

Und eins ist sicher:

Analysten schreiben immer nach der Richtung des Geldes Ihre Analysen.

guckt euch an den Shortinterest über 46 mio verstehe ich nicht. Können die nicht lesen?? Oder können wir nicht? Das wird aber bald richtig knallen  

Ariad hatte ich lange Zeit und bin beim Gewinn ausgestieg­en. Hatte bei 5,17€ am 27.12.13 investiert­ und bin
am 6.3.15 bei 7,6€ raus. Die Aktie läßt mich aber nicht los, wie es eben so ist, wenn
man froh ist, erst einmal mit einem blauen Auge davongekom­men zu sein.
Ich meine, der Chart ist in einer bullischen­ Untertasse­nformation­ und es kann jederzeit stark nach oben gehen, und zwar mindestens­ bis 20$.
Ich werde mir am Wochende überlegen,­ vielleicht­ mit einer kleinen Position reinzugehe­n, so als Versuch, den man  mit einem Minus verschmerz­en kann.
