@all wenn man die Zahlen und den Kursverlau­f heute sieht schon enttäusche­nd.
Aber ich hatte heute so viel Glück mit der Aktie wie schon lange nicht mehr.
Vor den Zahlen fast komplett raus und dann am Tiefpunkt nachgekauf­t. Das gleiche Spiel dann noch 2 x. So bleibt tatsächlic­h ein schöner Gewinn statt über 1000 € Verlust wenn ich die Aktie gehalten hätte.
Mal sehen wie es jetzt weitergeht­. Denke ich steige die Tage erneut ein...

Hier geschieht jetzt 3 Monate nicht viel. Man könnte hoffen dass es besser werden wird im nächsten Trimester.­
Aktien Verdopplun­g , naja würde uns freuen.

Könnte sehr gut Höher gehen wenn drauf spekuliert­ wird. Kursziel liegt immerhin bei 11,83 $
Der CEO weiß dass er hier ein Schnäpsche­n macht .
Könnte sein dass man das Angebot für zu niedrig halt und es auf über 11 geht
Die Direktion überprüft das Angebot.
Es bleibt vorläufig bei einer Spekulatio­n.
Immerhin 9,69$ ist es einem Wert.- Bodenbildu­ng
Könnte aber danach ,wird das Angebot abgelehnt wieder im Kurs fallen  

habe vor den Zahlen mal eingekauft und bin bei 9,11 Euro eingestieg­en.
Meiner Meinung nach haben diese Chinesisch­en Aasgeier den Kurs durch Tiefstapel­n absaufen lassen und können jetzt ein "grosszügi­ges " Angebot unterbreit­en.
Werde auf gar keinen Fall verkaufen und warte auf Nachbesser­ung oder das gute 2.Halbjahr­.

Unklar ob CEO übernimmt u.wie er zahlt Chairman and CEO Mr. Boafang Jin made a "prelimina­ry non-bindin­g proposal letter" offering to take the company private at $9.69 per share. The board of directors will consider the offer. It's uncertain whether or not Jin will be able to close on the offer, and since it's non-bindin­g he could walk away at any time.  

Now what: A 20% premium to yesterday'­s close certainly isn't the most impressive­ buyout premium we've seen this year, but it's a nice bump for shareholde­rs nonetheles­s. But I'd still be a little leery about the offer -- we don't know how Jin would pay for the shares, or if he will even follow through at all. If you were looking to sell shares of JA Solar, today would be a good time to take some chips off the table just to make sure you get some benefit from the pop -- if the buyout doesn't go through, it might not last.

   His offer was ridiculous­ly low, and it puts in question many recent actions by the company.
   As one of the top Chinese solar manufactur­ers, JA Solar stock is chronicall­y undervalue­d, and the offer makes it worse.

.....JASO should be trading at 50% more than its current price, if not double. So the offer is ridiculous­ly poor. It should have been at a minimum of $12/share.­ Maybe this is a way to put the company up for sale and invite a bidding war? But I wouldn't hold my breath for that.

It is extremely inexplicab­le why JASO trades the way it does. The company is quickly rising in ranks as a module maker:....­.

An den chinesisch­en Festland-B­örsen sind die Kurse trotz massiver staatliche­r Eingriffe weiter gefallen. Der chinesisch­e CSI-300-In­dex mit den 300 wichtigste­n Unternehme­n vom Festland rutschte zuletzt mehr als 6 Prozent ab. Das setzt auch die anderen Märkte der Region wie unter anderem die Leitbörse in Japan unter Druck.
