Im asiatischen Handel kostete ein Barrel (159 Liter) der US- Sorte WTI 78,08 Dollar und damit 1,38 Dollar mehr als am Vortag. In der Nacht war die Notierung in der Spitze bis auf 78,40 Dollar geklettert. Die Rekordmarke vom Donnerstag wurde damit übertroffen.
Händler halten angesichts der weltpolitischen Risiken einen Anstieg des Ölpreises auf mehr als 80 Dollar schon in naher Zukunft für nicht mehr ausgeschlossen.
«Der Sprung über die Marke von 80 US-Dollar beim Ölpreis scheint unausweichlich», sagte Analyst Victor Shum von der Energieberatungsgesellschaft Purvin and Gertz. Der Ölpreis bewege sich im Spannungsfeld einer Reihe von Krisenherden, enger Produktmärkte bei einer robusten Nachfrage.

Was ist los mit Avalon; immer wieder heisst es Geduld haben. Waehrend der Oilpreis steigt und steigt, geht es bei Avalon sued- oder (max.) seitwaerts. kein grosser Sprung. Nur etwas als Langzeitinvestment? Sollte man noch drinnen bleiben?

wenn die irgendwo öl haben (außer in der friteuse) steigt der gewinn (ja ich weiß den machen die ja noch gar nicht) mit jedem dollar den das öl steigt.
