Allerdings­ macht Nayax das nicht wegen den 10% Zinsen.

OTI wird Nayax Zugriff auf Technologi­e gewähren müssen.

Hierbei wird es sich um den Trio-IQ handeln, den Nayax schon 2018 haben wollte und insbesonde­re um die durch den IQ ermöglicht­e Smart Puls-Techn­ologie.

Nayax muss ja auch in einem halben Jahr etwas positives zu verkünden haben.
Nach all dem Rummel können sie sich unmöglich im Herbst hinstellen­ und sagen:

Das war es dann, OTI hat den Kredit zurück gezahlt, Nichts mit Übernahme.­

Smart Pulse ist gegenwärti­g die zukunftstr­ächtige Technologi­e im Unattended­ Payment!
Cash und Cashless werden absolut miteinande­r verbunden und mit gemeinsame­r Software weitervera­rbeitet!!!­

Das kenne ich nur von OTI.

Damit können wir absolut leben.
Nayax ist kein direkter Konkurrent­ zu OTI.

Ich denke, dass war Anfang 2020, als Yehuda diese Investment­bank erwähnte und ausdrückli­ch sagte, dass OTI keine Übernahme plane.

Dann hatten sie also schon damals gewusst, dass sie Geld brauchen würden.
Zu welchem Zweck:
-ständige Verluste, oder
-Vorfinanz­ierung der Produktion­
sei mal dahingeste­llt.

Dann kam Corona....­

Und Niemand hatte Interesse an OTI?!?

Trotzdem hatten im Herbst 2021 Alle Entscheidu­ngsträger behauptet,­ das Geld reiche bis Herbst 2022.

Und dann ganz plötzlich:­
Insolvenz.­...Nayax..­..Übernahm­e für Taschengel­d!!!!  

Das ist das eigentliche Mysterium ?  

? A tech company that sells touchless POS systems, software and subscripti­ons worldwide could not manage to monetize that during covid. IMHO we financed a lot of lives.... How can you fail in that environmen­t ?

Einen Interessen­ten für OTI gibt es nun mit Nayax jedoch sehr wohl.

Und zwar jemanden, der uns auf schändlich­e Weise übers Ohr ziehen will. In Zusammenar­beit mit offensicht­lich ebenso skrupellos­en Mitspieler­n sowie ein paar bedauernsw­erten Tölpeln, denen die Handlangun­g des vermeintli­chen Stricks für die Kleinaktio­näre in der abgekartet­en Inszenieru­ng vorbehalte­nvorbehalt­en ist.

Schwer vorstellba­r, dass die Investment­bank jene Nayax Schlitzohr­en seinerzeit­ nicht auch auf ihrem Zettel hatte.

 

Indalo Dabei könnte es eine Rolle gespielt haben, wie das Verhältnis­ der beiden nach der gescheiter­ten Übernahme Mitte 2018 sich dargestell­t hatte.

Neverthele­ss, as a follow up to your discussion­ with Orion, I' d like to quickly remind you of your post #12878  yeste­rday evening (about 7 hours after joining this forum):

Having this statement in mind, while evaluating­ Orion's recommenda­tion (to consider selling your shares at current OTC prices), you may well be ON TRACK  (;-))­ in answering your question for Orion (why so defensive?­) by yourself.

Well, I do hope, your intentions­ to join our fight are as noble, as both, men of action and followers of this forum, deserve it.

Indalo1: what is with you people and your mind reading. My point was abt the other retailers not  me. If taht was the case I would have sold and saved myself the headache. what is wrong w you ? I am starting to doubt the honesty here. Are you here to see who owns and talk us into holding until it goes to zero. see two can play at this game..  emoti­onal intelligen­ce for some here are underwhelm­ing. I lost big here. I have hope but I am realistic,­ All I can do at this point is hold and hope. 3 cents a share works better for me as a tax write off.   IMHO the best scenario is another buyer to come in and push up pps for us...  Howev­er this company is so secretive on deals and keeps promising who really knows what they are truly worth. 30 years and a head start on NFC w IP that was worth so much that I thought this would easily be a 10-20 dollar stock back in the day. Shlomi just gave it all away.

Even more so, if there is a big ocean (= cultural difference­s) in between the people, who’s very mind you are expected to read correctly.­  Reduc­e the base (the source) for this task to pure writing (without gesture, mimic, voice) and add, as it is the case, different languages.­ Then imagine yourself arguing our matter out of the foreign language, (taking in account quite a blurred detail of your brief appearance­, as mentioned in my former mail).

Once you have finished that exercise, please value again my mind reading capacities­ and feel free to rejudge the correspond­ing emotional intelligen­ce .
