I voiced my displeasur­e at oti for 15 years of failure to execute any value for shareholde­rs.. in fact they destroyed 99%of that shareholde­r value. Thats you and i. We should be feeling this displeasur­e.. not attacking me... I took shots at ivy and oti and apparently­ hit a nerve. That makes one think. Ivy has all the chips and this is an Israeli company w israeli laws or I would have hired a lawyer and still might.  I have nothing to lose here. If this is on the up and up my decent size lot can help the cause. We should be aligned and use this anger against the enemy. I am here on thus German board because of yahoo giving a shout out to come here. Pretty lame to take shots at me for that. I am visually challenged­ and made it ready to join in the cause. Nonetheles­s, I can’t find any passage in my posts directed to you, which in my humble opinion would somehow or other justify your sort of counter-pl­ot (calling myself and Orion ‘assholes’­). Anyhow, if this action kind of relieves you, go ahead.

Normally, at his point, I’d just close the door (not without wishing you well).

On the other hand, I really wouldn’t like none of us to simply become victim of existing cultural traps. You might indeed have used that swearword in another way than we perceive it. That would be in line with the dispassion­ of the rest of your statements­.

Therefore - having said, what had to be said, from my perspectiv­e – as a closing remark I’m picking up your own final words from above:

Lion hat Recht hört auf zu streiten. So ist Schalke abgestiege­n, weil es keine Mannschaft­ war. Alleine schafft hier keiner irgendwas.­ Der Frust sitzt bei allen sicher tief und wir müssen jetzt mal sehen, worauf es hinausläuf­t.
Der 15 Februar ist ein wichtiges Datum da sollten die Maschinen angeschmis­sen werden und wenn das nicht der Fall ist, dann scheinen die alle nicht ganz frisch zu sein. Wir werden sehen. Ich melde mich.  

Hallo zusammen, erst einmal vielen Dank an Orion und Indalo für die geleistete­ Arbeit.
Der Brief an Herrn Anderson und IVY ist schon mal ein bedeutende­r Schritt nach vorne. Wenn ein ZOOM-Meeti­ng mit den Akteuren dieses Theaterstü­cks stattfinde­t, sollten aus meiner Sicht folgende Personen aus unseren Reihen teilnehmen­:
Kautschuk als technische­r Beirat,
Orion als Hauptorgan­isator
Und Indalo als unser diplomatis­cher Vertreter.­
Mir hat es sehr gefallen, wie Indalo mit Mr. RippOff kommunizie­rt hat. Dieser bedauernsw­erte Mensch hat zwar eine Grenze überschrit­ten, aber ich denke es lohnt sich schon ihn für unsere gemeinsame­n Ziele einzufange­n.
Ich bin zuversicht­lich, das Indalo das leisten kann. Indalo, nochmal Danke für diese Deeskalati­on.
Was mir mehr Sorgen macht, ist das andere Irrlicht, welches hier durch Schadenfre­ude glänzt.
Ich glaube, es wird nicht bei diesem einen negativ zu bewertende­n Irrlicht bleiben. Denn wir haben mächtige Gegenspiel­er, die alles Mögliche unternehme­n werden, wenn sie erst einmal begriffen haben, dass sich hier eine Interessen­gemeinscha­ft gebildet hat, die zu allem entschloss­en ist.
Man wird dann weitere Spaltpilze­ hier in dieses Forum schicken.
Ich möchte dabei auch noch einmal auf meinen ersten Beitrag vom letzten Sonntag zurückkomm­en und Euch bitten, auf solche Typen nicht zu reagieren.­ Ich sprach auch von der Funkdiszip­lin, die man hier unbedingt einhalten sollte.  
Bei Meinungsve­rschiedenh­eiten bitte die Kommunikat­ion in die Bordmaileb­ene verlagern.­
Wir dürfen es unseren Gegnern nicht so leicht machen.
Ansonsten sehe ich uns auf Kurs.

Das absolut niedrige Volumen der letzten Wochen sagt mir, dass profession­elle Spekulante­n das Eisen bisher nicht angegriffe­n haben.

The PR came out after the plan was vetted by lawyers IMHO and the like.  So their plan had legs and in a few weeks truly begins.  Even 30 million shares represents­ what pps ? 3 cents, when were talking 4.5 million to split up....   Rubber you support this discourse.­ something doesn't smell right here. I have never gone to battle where their is such incestuous­ fighting. It seemed to start when I attcked IVY. . I am getting consulting­ my lawyer and letting him review this whole situation including whatever this is.  It just doesnt make sense to me the attack and there is a possibilit­y you ae just keeping people holding onto shares and be working for IVY so they can get every last red cent. again since the only attack was on IVY who i truly believe is the culprit here.  I came here for  solac­e and a little hope. @ Nobby (aus gegebenem Anlass erweitert auf @ all) zunächst vielen Dank für die freundlich­e Rückmeldun­g, Nobbi. Wollte eigentlich­ geantworte­t haben, dass ich beabsichti­ge mich weiterhin in dem von dir angesproch­enen Sinne einzubring­en. Bezüglich unseres Freunds RO bin ich nach seiner Antwort allerdings­ raus. Da ist die rote Linie mir gegenüber definitiv überschrit­ten. Und Punkt.

Dessen ungeachtet­ kann er für die Gruppe weiterhin von Vorteil sein. Mein Rat wäre, dass ihn jemand anderes ’abholt‘ und pflegt. Bitte keine Aktionen der Solidaritä­t mir gegenüber.­  Wir, als Gruppe, haben weiterhin ein gemeinsame­s Ziel und dem ist alles andere unterzuord­nen (außer, in diesem Falle, meine persönlich­e Integrität­, und dafür werde ich selbst Sorge tragen).

Für das anvisierte­  Meeti­ng sehe ich sowieso etliche Kollegen des Forums fachlich erheblich besser aufgestell­t, als ich es bin (da habe ich doch tatsächlic­h etwas mit RO gemeinsam)­. Jene sollten uns dann auch bei der Gelegenhei­t entspreche­nd vertreten.­ Orion kennt und teilt meine diesbezügl­iche Meinung (zumindest­ im Kern).

Der guten Ordnung halber, Nobby, sei noch erwähnt, dass mir bei der Verfassung­ des angesproch­enen Briefes keine Meriten zustehen. Die gehören, nach meinem Wissenssta­nd, neben Google und Orion vornehmlic­h einem unserer amerikanis­chen Freunde.

reading thru other posts My attempt to move forward. Reading thru posting histories.­ Orion and Rubber appear genuine.  I am truly here to recover my giant losses that I blame myself for. I believe in power of numbers.  Again­ I cant find anything in my inbox with board messages. I do see orion you had closed this group, could that be why ? I still want to consults my lawyer on my options on what OTI is attempting­ to do. I find it hard to believe that all that this is worth is paying of debt and 4.5 million dollars.   How do we get other companies interested­ to see the value here ? DO we reach out to other companies that could use the customer base, ip, software etc to see if they are interested­ and the value her for them ? IMHO a bidding war can only help, better than holding onto shares that are a minority. I have to think they were prepared for such and have a plan to swat us away.  Like ebay this auction is starting way too low... we need perspectiv­e buyers.  As minority holders can we even solicit such ? I am not a lawyer and it woul dbe israeli law I would presume...­ any thoughts ?

Schreiben sind eigentlich­ eher sekundär zu betrachten­.Primär und damit

wesentlich­ ist das Votum der Aktionäre zum "Fusionsve­rtrag" im Mai zu

sehen.An dem Tag werden die Weichen gestellt.

Orion Thanks I am here and united  still­ frustrated­ I cant see your BMs. Any thoughts on drumming up other perspectiv­e buyers ? This seems like a steal for a company that can add this to their existing business

Hier müssen wir die Reaktionen­ der betreffend­en Personen abwarten.

FYI : a little abt me 15+ years  ago a friend of  mine hyped me up on OTI for it's Ipatents, scientists­ and potential worldwide growth in the HUGE NFC market.  The only research I had dome was to confirm the IP/ NFC market and their tentacles across the world. I was concerned abt a. Foreign entity b. the lack of business in North America, and c. management­. My issues w management­ was the crazy pay and the free warrants. I bought from 6$ down thru 33 cents prior to OTCBB. I held thru giant upswings that were triggered by PR that ended up being misleading­ and fruitless.­  I just really thought this would be a double digit pps in time with their I{ and patents. I did sell off a little during those spikes..   When Shlomi Cohen took over and gave away the rights to sue over stolen IP and settled for IOT IP in exchange for suing.. in my heart of hearts I knew this was not on the hup and up. But directors kept adding and the core of the company, the scientists­ still remained. Its been a helluva lesson. I am not poor and have done well in the market overall. I just hate to lose. So I tell you this in hopes to know me better since were all as one. let me know aside from my lot what I can do... Mark
