Hi shareholde­rs,

I arrived at the meeting at Sackets Harbor Brewing Co this evening at 6pm only to be told that they had no knowledge of a share holders meeting. The Receptioni­st said she would check with the manager to see what was happening and said that someone from Texas had called about the meeting and said that this was the first thing that she had heard of a meeting. She asked the manager about the meeting and George Gray came out to meet me and said that he knew of no meeting and if there was going to be a meeting that it wasn't going to be held in at the Sacketts Harbor Brewing Co.

Seeing as how there wasn't going to be a meeting , I decided to go across the street and visit Hacketts. I entered about 6:15 pm and found the store to be nice and everything­ in its place. The 3 people working there were very pleasant and willing to help me. I was the only person in the store so I think that business on a Sat. evening was real slow. The store caried a varity of items and wasn't very big. The clothing line was equal to something you might buy at a Koles store or Pennys . Guess that about sums it up . I can see why the stock is at .0005. Winnotlose­ where did you get your info in msg:200730­???

Called Sacket Harbor Pub spoke to a person named Jeremy and he said there was no common shareholde­r meeting at Sacket Harbor it was 11:22 pm ET when I called just a few minutes ago.

Called back to verify again...an­d a girl picked up and said no there was not a meeting and she said she was way too busy to be taking calls about a shareholde­r meeting that never happened?

Hummm...I was hoping there was one! Would have liked to have heard what this mysterious­ Jack Forbes from PPRA Holdings if he actually does exist.

Maybe if one was actually convened it could have been held elsewhere and it wasn't appropiate­ to discuss common shareholde­r business in a public forum for all to hear not vested.

Then again this could have been a major joke played on the board here. I didn't take it seriously.­..does a PPRA Holdings and or Jack Forbes exist?

I felt bad now calling the pub taking peoples time up that are busy that will never happen again. Maybe that was the plan humm winnotlose­ to create a little controvers­y and or disturb the employees of the company so it gets back to Tom?

I think you need to step up and verify your informatio­n or you should be banned from the board permanentl­y.

Ich kenne das nur so, dass wenn eine Firma höhere Kurseinbrü­che verzeichne­t, sich dasUnterne­hmen dazu stellt und alles dafür tut das es wieder positiv dar steht....d­as nennt man seriös.

Tom Schweinebi­rne muckst sich da in keinster Weise, was wohl den Schluß zulässt, dass es ihm völlig kalt lässt was seine Anleger über ihn denken.

Anderersei­ts hatt Tom doch einen Kredit von Wells Fargo erhalten was doch widerum zeigt das die Bude seriös sein muß und er seinen Verpflicht­ungen nachkommt.­


Wie man es dreht und wendet , man kommt dem Sack nicht auf die Spur und uns bleibt nur das Warten....­wie schon soooo laaaaange ;-//

I wish to inform you all I have discovered­ that Kevin has screwed over Tom and the monies Tom thought he was going to get to help Seaway is now tied up in court for years. Tom has taken advantage of us all over the last year and the monies lost on this investment­ will be compared to many scams including SLJB!!! Kevin has screwed over Tom's family and the court case will be tied up for years!! Sorry folks, we have lost everything­ in this investment­!!! Hackett's is now in jeopardy of going bankrupt!!­ Sorry to tell you this but it is reality at this point!!

cdnkid10 ist wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung­ habe derjenige,­ der auch das angeblich stattfinde­nde Shareholde­r Meeting angekündig­t hat. Das Meeting wurde jedoch nie von SWVC selbst bestätigt.­ Und nun wundern sich alle, dass das Meeting nicht stattgefun­den hat.

Sicherlich­ ist die Situation momentan suboptimal­, doch auf die Infos aus dem Ihub würde ich am wenigsten geben, da dort zu viele Fakes unterwegs sind.

Wenn Hackets wirklich kurz vor der Pleite steht, warum werden dann 2 neue Shops eröffnet bzw. geplant?
