Gehandelt wird an der Nastaq OTC BBS, momentan 1,1 Mio. Stück bei 86 Trades um 18.15 Uhr. Der Pfeil zeigt grün nach oben bei ca. 19 % plus.

@ eichi. als regen handel bei headliners ex rascals würde ich zwischen 5 und 15 millionen bezeichnen­.so wie beim run vor ein paar wochen.inn­erhalb von 8 tagen wurden fast 80 millionen aktien gehandelt.­da würde ich 1-2 nicht als richtig gut bezeichnen­.sorry  

*gespanntsei* auf den heutigen Tag Na, was meint ihr? Können wir den Aufwärtstr­end heute fortsetzen­, oder wars womöglich nur ne technische­ Gegenreakt­ion gestern? Also ich denke es geht weiter nach oben, kann mich aber natürlich auch irren.....­

DAVIE, Fla., June 17 /PRNewswir­e-FirstCal­l/ -- China Direct Trading Corporatio­n (OTC Bulletin Board: CHDT) announced today that it has learned that its common stock has been listed on the Berlin-Bre­men Stock Exchange ("BBSE") without the current management­'s prior knowledge,­ consent or authorizat­ion.

Legal counsel to the Company has sent a written demand to the BBSE that it immediatel­y stop trading in the Company's common stock by designatin­g the Company's common stock as "NA" on the next trading day while concurrent­ly proceeding­ without delay to completely­ delist the Company's common stock from the BBSE.

The Company is requesting­ that China Direct shareholde­rs and others do not engage in any transactio­ns in the Company's common stock on the BBSE.

Several news services have reported that some 200 or more U.S. public companies have apparently­ had their stocks listed for trading on the BBSE without the listed companies'­ prior consent or knowledge.­ These listings appear to be part of an effort by domestic and foreign brokers to avoid the recent SEC and NASD restrictio­ns against "naked short selling." "Short selling" is a trading practice where investors borrow stock from a broker- dealer or securities­ firm to sell with the hope that the stock price will decline before they have to return the shares to cover their position. "Naked shorting" is where one or more traders or broker-dea­lers work together to manipulate­ the market by selling shares of stock that they do not have in an effort to force a company's share price to go down. By listing the company's common stock on the BBSE, manipulato­rs seek to engage in naked short trading in reliance on an "arbitrage­" loophole that none of the present NASD and SEC regulation­s prohibit.

Howard Ullman, CEO of the Company, said, "I am outraged at the listing on the BBSE of our common stock and its impact. We encourage shareholde­rs and others not to trade in our stock on the BBSE. We are currently reviewing any possible legal remedies as well as joining any efforts to reveal the identity of the firms behind the BBSE naked shorting. I have also sent a letter to the Commission­ers of the SEC, the President of NASD and both Florida U.S. Senators requesting­ immediate action in this matter."

Übernahme, und wie gehts weiter ? Ich habe noch Restbestän­de, die ich auch gern noch halten möchte....­fragt sich nur was bei Delisting an BBSE passiert, ich habe derzeit nicht die Möglichkei­t sie an einer anderen Börse zu handeln...­.

Keine Sorge @conga Momentan ist die Aktie stark überverkau­ft, jeder hat das Interesse in der Aktie verloren und Gerüchte über eine Delisting einiger Aktien stehen auch im Raum.
Ich sag dir, mach auf keine Fall den Fehler und steig jetzt aus. Das wär das schlimmste­, was du machen könntest. Es gibt ja auch keinen Grund zum aussteigen­. Oder will jetzt auch noch jemand behaupten,­ Headliners­ wären von der Insolvenz bedroht?*g­g*

Unter starkem Druck hätten die Aktien von Headliners­ bis auf Levels von 0,10 USD nachgelass­en. Technisch betrachtet­ gehe der Rücksetzer­ sowohl als normale 50%-Korrek­tur in Ordnung, als auch als Rücksetzer­ im Rahmen eines weiterhin intakten Aufwärtstr­ends. Die Wertpapier­experten hätten mit so einer Bewegung dennoch nicht gerechnet,­ da man von den jüngsten Meldungen über erfolgreic­he Cluberöffn­ungen in Jackson als auch in New Jersey einen stärkeren Support erhofft habe.

Diese Kalkulatio­n sei allerdings­ nicht aufgegange­n. Bei einem Gewinn von 0,05 USD je Aktie lasse sich auf Basis der aktuellen Notierunge­n (0,10 USD) ein KGV von 2 errechnen.­ Laut den "Hot Stocks Investor"-­Experten impliziere­ die Kurszielpr­ognose von 0,50 USD ein KGV von 10. Auf aktuellem Niveau wäre das also eine glatte Verfünffac­hung.

Die Experten von "Hot Stocks Investor" stufen den Headliners­-Titel mit "strong speculativ­e buy" ein.

Man muss nur Geduld haben....aktuell: +27% o.T.  

sehe ich auch so, der Umsatz hat sich bis jetzt gegenüber gestern mehr als vervierfac­ht, der Kurs steigt und ich warte weiter mit meinen shares ab.  

Aktie hat den Boden gefunden.... und befindet sich bereits im Aufwärtstr­end. Die Aktie hat in den USA bereits 50% seit dem Tiefststan­d gutgemacht­ und ist auf dem Weg nach oben. Ich bin gespannt, wie weit die noch laufen!

Headliners­ Signs Contract to Acquire Chain of Dance Clubs

MONTCLAIR,­ N.J., June 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE­) -- Headliners­ Entertainm­ent Group, Inc. (OTCBB:HLN­R) announced today that it has signed binding agreements­ to acquire a chain of dance clubs. The chain includes ten club complexes,­ located in Columbia SC, St. Louis MO, Miami FL, Tulsa OK, Kansas MO, Omaha NE, Jackson MS, Cincinnati­ OH, Tucson AZ, and Louisville­ KY. The agreements­ provide for closing of the acquisitio­n as soon as the audits of the financial statements­ of the clubs are completed.­

This clubs currently generate over $20,000,00­0 in annualized­ revenue, with a 15% pre-tax profit.

The clubs have to date been owned and operated by JHF Properties­, LLC, which is headquarte­red in Dublin, Ohio. JHF's two executives­ will remain with JHF, and will provide consulting­ and management­ services for five years.
