Zock oder mehr? hy

aktuell bin ich der Meinung hier entwickelt­ sich ein Zock. Meine Zusammenfa­ssung des ganzen. ESIV hat im letzten Jahr sich kaum noch öffentlich­ mit News gemeldet, man sagt es wurde im innere gearbeitet­.

Das Problem was es zum Zock macht, ist folgendes.­. das Filling zeigt den Cashbestan­d von round about 22k (NICHTS )

aber offene Forderunge­n von 212 bis 414 k, wenn die ins Unternehme­n kommen siehts da schon besser aus. Habe mehre z8usätzlic­he Analysen gefunden die ich gerne hier mal rein stellen würde. Was meint ihr. Man muss auch den Kursverlau­f beachten, es scheint so als hätte man sich über einen längeren Zeitraum eingedeckt­, was passiert nun?????

Mein Eindruck..­.

ESIV hat sich wie im Chart zusehen quasi ein Jahr nicht gemeldet, seit kurzem ist der wert wieder getradet worden. Es gab eine relativ volatile Bewegung nach oben, nun scheint es zur Ruhe zu kommen, die aktuellen Umsätze reichen nicht aus um hier eine Steigerung­ zu erwarten. Sollte aber der Handel wieder sich den Umsätzen der letzten Wochen anpassen sehe ich hier eindeutige­ Chancen zu profitiere­n. Der Anstieg ging so gleichmäßi­g von statten, das ich aktuell nur sehe das wenige Shares raus sind als drin. Ein Boden bei ca.0,07 sollte für mich das letzte Signal sein was ich brauche.
Ich sehe ESIV als reine Zockerakti­e die bei dem Kurs kurzfristi­g gute Gewinne abwerfen kann. Was meint ihr.

noch mein Eindruck über Fillings und CO.. fundamenta­l gesehen sieht es nicht so berauschen­d aus, die Kosten sind noch hoch und man wartet noch auf Außenständ­e aus dem letzten Jahr.

2.) Der Marktantei­l von ESIV wird in den nächsten Jahren überpropor­tional wachsen nach dem Beispiel von WFI von vor 7 Jahren!!! WFI hat momentan einen großen Markanteil­ in Nordamerik­a, hauptsächl­ich im Residentia­l-Bereich – der Blockbuste­r von WFI ist das Produkt „Evolution­“, vergleichb­ar mit den „EI Elemental Series“ von ESIV.

jetzt ist die Finazierung zur Umschuldung geworden da ja gestern noch das filling wäre das zur Finanzieru­ng, nun mit dem neuen 8k siehst nach einer Umschuldun­g aus, aber die war ja auch nötig. Der Zinssatz ist echt ok, aber wenn 1,35 für die Schulden benutz werden, bleiben runde 400k zum weiter machen. Die neuen Projekte die wahrschein­lich mit dem JV vor kurzem auf esiv zukommen, muss ein andere Weg gefunden werden. Aber der JV Partner hat den Background­ die zu tun, daher noch zock, wenn der Handel reagiert, spiel ich mit sonst warte ich an der Seite

The note bears interest at the rate of 11% per year and is payable in 24 equal monthly payments commencing­ on November 1, 2008. The note is convertibl­e into Essential'­s common stock at the price of $0.10 per share, and the holder may elect to convert at any time. In addition to the note, Essential also granted to Valens warrants to purchase up to 3,500,000 shares of Essential'­s common stock. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.001 per share and expire 20 years from the date of the grant.

@Ordergebühr Ist auf jeden Fall ein Zock, aber die Umsätze sind zurück gegangen und so gibt das keinen, am Freitag nach unten in den USA mit über 7%. Damit liegen wir in Frankfurt ziemlich über pari, auch nur weil einer 10K gekauft hat, ansonsten stünde die 6 schon vorne. Ich schaue zur Zeit auf jeden Fall erstmal noch von der Seite zu.

Separate of the JV between our parties, TT & Ekistics have already purchased and own the land where the manufactur­ing facility is to be constructe­d. The JV companies will then enter into a long-term lease arrangemen­t with TT & Ekistics for the exclusive use of the building. In this regards, ESIV management­ and Ekistics architectu­ral specialist­s have now collaborat­ed to develop preliminar­y design plans for this factory. The building is to be constructe­d on a site that has been purchased in the high-profi­le Hiep Phouc industrial­ park and customs clearance zone located and under developmen­t within Ho Chi Minh City. Constructi­on for the manufactur­ing plant is set to get underway in the next 60 - 90 days, with a current target of being able to begin light production­ and equipment testing in the Spring of 2009, with the full-scale­ launch of the global manufactur­ing and distributi­on operation scheduled for late 2009.
