As previously announced on April 15, 2020 and due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Board decided to temporarily suspend the quarterly cash dividend for common shares and operating partnership units throughout the remainder of the year with a potential true up of the dividend for common shares and operating partnership units during the fourth quarter of 2020 in order to address the Company’s REIT taxable income distribution requirements.
